* Description of Information Sought This online application is based on the request of the Yashveer Singh son of Chetram Singh resident of Akbarpur tehsil Mawana District Meerut. Whose mobile number is 9682130617.Aggrieved Yashveer Singh S/O Chetram Singh resident of Akbarpur told the information seeker that despite the order of the sub divisional magistrate Mawana, subordinates are procrastinating in the matter. संख्या कार्यालय उप जिलाधिकारी, मवाना । 1930/ एस०टी०-मवाना / 2022 दिनांक: 13 सितंबर, 2022 श्री आदेश कटारिया लेखपाल तहसील मवाना । श्री यशवीर सिंह पुत्र चेतराम सिंह निवासी ग्राम अकबरपुर सादात तहसील मवाना मेरठ के प्रार्थना पत्र दिनांक 03.09.2022 जोकि जिलाधिकारी महोदय के सम्बोधित का संदर्भ ग्रहण करें जिसके अन्तर्गत प्रार्थी द्वारा ख०स० 606 जोहड, ख०स० 605 व ख०स० 604 की दीवार तोडकर अवैध कब्जा कर लिया गया है जिसपर धारा 67 के अन्तर्गत कार्यवाही किये जाने का अनुरोध किया गया है। प्रश्नगत प्रकरण में आपको पूर्व में भी जाँच कर आवश्यक कार्यवाही किये जाने की अपेक्षा की गयी परन्तु आपके द्वारा कोई नही की गयी है। प्रकरण में आख्या दिनांक 12.07.2022 में आपके द्वारा रिपोर्ट लगाई गई कि गाटा सं0-607, 608 के कब्जाधारियों के विरूद्ध धारा 67 (1) की कार्यवाही कर दी गयी किन्तु आवेदक द्वारा बताया गया कि उक्त कब्जाधारियों के विरूद्ध कोई बेदखली की कार्यवाही नहीं की गयी है।मूल रूप से प्रकरण से संबंधित अभिलेख/प्रतिरूप जिसमें आख्या दो दिन के अंदर प्रत्येक दशा में उपलब्ध कराये ।उप जिलाधिकारी
The information seeker is seeking following information pointwise from the public information officer in Tehsil Mawana District Meerut.
1- It is quite obvious that sub divisional magistrate Mawana summoned entire documents concerning the matter within two days from the date of the order as aforementioned. Public information officer may provide certified copy of those documents which were received by the office of sub divisional Magistrate Mawana.
2- Public information officer in Tehsil Mawana may provide the minutes of the proceedings in the aforementioned matter.
3- Please provide the action taken against the land grabbers of the panchayat land belonging to the government of Uttar Pradesh.
4- Public information officer may provide the name and designation of the staff of the Tehsil Mawana who are processing the aforementioned matter and responsible for the procrastination and shielding the land grabbers.
5- Public information officer may provide the posting details of the concerned Lekhpal and revenue inspector who are dealing with the matter and their date of joining in the district and joining of concerned tehsil Mawana.
