Executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar may execute the next proceeding in order to provide the compensation to the applicant in the matter of burning of crop due to short circuit as the first information report has been registered by the station house officer Vindhyachal quite obvious from the communication exchanged with the circle officer city under right to Information Act 2005 which consists of 4 pages and its 4th page is the copy of the first information report. The matter of the applicant concerning compensation in the matter of burning of wheat crop more than 2 bigha during the COVID because of short circuit is pending in the office of executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar in the name of registering first information report in the police station Vindhyachal district Mirzapur.

Honourable Sir it is too much ridiculous that the applicant has submitted the copy of the first information report in the matter but the executive engineer electricity distribution division second deliberately overlooked the FIR copy which is a mockery of the law of land. It is most surprising that the contents of the first information report are also submitted in the contents of grievance for the convenience of the executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar. It is noticeable that first information report of Dayanand Singh was registered by the police station Vindhyachal on 23rd July 2023 at the time 11:49 in the morning. General diary number of the case is 034 which is quite obvious from the copy of the first information report attached to the grievance.
