Grievance Description
The matter concerns with the working of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city district Mirzapur who has met their lives of the residents of Surekapuram colony hell.
Submissions of the applicant is as follows.
1-It is quite obvious that junior engineer of the municipality Mirzapur city after numerous applications submitted by the applicant made the inspection of the broken drainage on 3rd of March 2023 and prepared and estimate off rupees 77,303 hard the repair of the drainage.
2-Honourable Sir may be pleased to take a glance of the attached PDF documents to the grievance which contains 6 pages in which status of the broken drainage is quite obvious from the fact that vehicle loaded with the gas cylinder fell into the drainage which is one of the examples of such accidents and it contains the 6 reports of the junior engineer Sunil Kumar Maurya under city engineer who have promised to repair the drainage as the estimate will be passed by the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city.
3-They have not repaired the broken drainage showing the laxity of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city. What is the value of reports which are submitted by the subordinates of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city because on the proposals of the subordinates executive officer do not take any action on the proposals proposed by them.
4-I think that the government must not invite the applications on the broken drainage in regard to repair because it comes under the ambit of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city and the reports are submitted on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh by his subordinates which has no value for the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city.
5-It is noticeable that this laxity and the part of executive officer municipality Mirzapur city causing the impediment in the work of the sewerage being performed by the JAL Nigam quite obvious from the reports submitted by the executive engineer of the Jal Nigam which is attached to the grievance.
Executive engineer Jal Nigam Urban itself accepted that drainage is overflowing causing hardships to dwellers and impeding work sewerage

Please refer to the public hearing reference no. 60000230038214, in which a complaint has been made regarding the repair of drainage by Shri Yogi M.P. Singh, resident of Mirzapur, the site was inspected. The estimate of drainage repair work at the referred site has been prepared with the figure of Rs.77303.00. After approval, the work will be done. Also, cleaning work is being done by departmental beldars in the park. After that, a new proposal will be prepared and work will be done after approval. The above estimate is based on the inspection report given by Shri Sunil Kumar Maurya, Junior Engineer Mobile No. 8707646842 and Shri Vipin Kumar Mishra, City Engineer Mobile No. 9893779503 dated 03.03.2023.
Therefore, in the context of the above, please take the trouble of resolving the complaint.

Our public staff especially political masters talk of development they have developed entire state in their regime, but the factual position is that they have no courage to visit the Surekapuram COLONY in which even on foot you cannot travel. Casual accidents are daily reported in this colony because of the broken drainage and when a vehicle is fallen into it then crane comes to the colony which will lift the fallen vehicle from the drainage in this way, they charge Rs.1500 per vehicle. Whether such scenario reflects the development in the state of Uttar Pradesh where lives of the people have been hell because of the dereliction of the public staff. Quantum of the development can be easily guessed from the fact that they have not courage to visit the Surekapuram Colony which has been victim of the dereliction of duty of the staff of the municipality Mirzapur city. Development must reflect in working of political master instead of providing advertisements in print and electronic media.
