* Description of Information Sought Grievance Status for registration number: GOVUP/E/2023/0054283, Name of Complainant Anand Kumar Tiwari, Date of Receipt-17/08/2023, Received By Ministry/Department-Uttar Pradesh Grievance Description-The matter concerns the corruption of the police and its working full of irregularities and anomalies and is entertainable by the Superintendent of police Sant Ravidas Nagar district Bhadohi. It is obvious that the subject matter of the following grievance is as follows. Grabbing of the Abadi land by Tej Dhar Tiwari S/O Ram Chandra Tiwari the therefore action must be taken against him under the appropriate section of the Indian Penal Code. This implies that here opposition party is Tej Dhar Tiwari S/O Ram Chandra Tiwari and his sons.
Think about the inconsistency and arbitrariness after report submitted by the investigation officer of the police who has mentioned the opposition party as follows.
1-Sons of these three Tiwaris.

Applicant is making inquiry to the investigation officer and circle officer concerned, where is the opposition party who were mentioned in the grievance as Tej Dhar Tiwari S/O Ram Chandra Tiwari and his sons. Vide attached report of the police.
Public information officer in the office of Superintendent of police Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi may provide the following information to the information seeker point wise as follows.
1- Sir, the complaint of land grabbing by the applicant was made against Tej Dhar Tiwari son of Ramchandra Tiwari, in which his sons were also involved. Under which law was the investigating officer detaining the remaining three brothers and their sons under sections 151, 107 and 116 of the Criminal Procedure Code? Please provide the provisions of the law available in the country.
2- Sir, the applicant should be informed whether the complaint of the applicant was processed by the investigating officer after taking perusal of it if not done before submitting the report, then why, he should he provide the reason?
3- Sir, provide the name, designation and date of joining the district of the investigating officer to the information seeker.
4- Sir, explain whether the case of land grabbing is civil or a criminal case if someone is forcibly taking the possession obvious from the matter.
