With reference to your complain DEABD/E/2023/0058707,We would like to inform you that:
1. It does not matter whatever amount you have deposited as the account is still in NPA category, so legal action can be taken as per bank norms.
2.Chief Manager is authorized officer to issue auction notice, same was done as per bank guidelines only.
3.Bank is taking action as per law only.
4. Your account is NPA since 29-05-2019.

Mam,
With reference to your complain no DEABD/E/2023/0058075, We would like to inform you that:
Account is NPA Since 29-05-2019.
Sufficient time was given by bank for adjustment of the account.
Bank also entered in to a One time settlement with borrower but the same was not honored by borrower ( Please clarify from Circle Sastra ).
Competent Authority ( PLP RAM) renewed the limit last year but due to unavailability of sufficient stock operation was not possible in CC account. ( Please Clarify from PLP RAM)
Then upon borrower request Competent ( Circle Sastra) allowed operation in your Current account on 13-12-2022 under tagging arrangement @ 15% for Cash Credit Account which was valid for 6 months.
After expiry of tagging arrangement the competent authority ( Circle Sastra ) put the property on auction after issuing sale notice and fulfilling all formalities. ( you may clarify from the concern Deptt).
You may also inquire about the other actions taken by Circle sastra
All grievances lodged by you earlier has been resolved within prescribed time limit.

we have received the Complain made by you . In this regard we have to submit as under :
