It is quite obvious that the applicant is too much aggrieved with the remarks of the customer care of the Airtel Company that she redressed the grievance through her technical team because the problems is as such, during the conversation she talked about the problems being faced by the customers in the area and on the basis of that conversation she closed the grievance submitted by the applicant on the public grievance portal of the Government of India which is a highly objectionable and the applicant objects it deeply. How can it be justified that the customer care may close the grievance on the ground of talking with the applicant and the next portion of the report that she consulted the technical team is baseless. For the convenience of the Honourable Sir, the applicant is submitting the screenshot in the form of attached pdf documents to the grievance which perusal must be taken by the Honourable Sir.As per your telephonic conversation on 7379105911 with the undersigned dated 19th August 2023, this is to apprise you that the highlighted concern has been addressed. Kindly observe the services and share your feedback for further improvements. it is quite obvious that they have provided a parrot reply which is already prepared and only paste in the reports in various grievances only by changing the name of the aggrieved mobile numbers and other things. Whether any improvement Can you be expected from such a working style which is creating embarrassing situations for the aggrieved individuals.
