Grievance Description
The matter concerns the working after divisional forest officer Vindhyachal district Mirzapur and protection of ecology and environment so concerned staff may take it seriously. Think about the gravity of situation that those trees which are prohibited to cut down are being cut down on the largest scale and the department is the mute spectator. The applicant is the eye witness in the matter and submitted repeated representations and after the interference of the government, the matter was entertained by the concerned staff. It is quite obvious that concerned staff are trying to put the matter into the dustbin through its cryptic and mysterious activities.

The applicant is not satisfied in the manner which is showing that the lackadaisical approach of the concerned staff in entertaining the matter. The matter concerns the serious allegations of damaging the ecology and environment by falling numerous green trees to sell on large scale without the prior permission of the competent staff.
The matter concerns the working of the range Lalganj district Mirzapur under divisional forest officer Vindhyachal division.
An enquiry under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to know the current status of the litigation number is 670/2022 filed in the court on 29/10/2022 for the protection of ecology and environment. The matter concerns the working of the divisional forest officer District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. Subject-Several green trees cut down by the offenders illegal consequently F.I.R. must be registered in the light of The U. P. Protection of Trees Act, 1976(U.P. Act No. 45 of 1976) up480 Dated 19th November, 1976 Received the assent of the Governor on November 19, 1976, published in U.P. Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 22nd November
Now it has been proved that offenders cut green trees without prior permission of the department and sold it to timber merchants and one of them is prohibited to cut. Therefore, action needed in the matter in the time bound manner. Please take a glance of the attached PDF documents in five pages.
The U. P. Protection of Trees Act, 1976 aimed to protect ecology and environment and its provisions are protected by the department of forest by taking help of the police concerned.
Sir it is quite obvious that H-2 Case number-16/2022-23 has been instituted against 1-Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh and Dileep Singh S/O Raghuvar Dayal Singh by Lalganj range. उपरोक्त विषयांकित एवं संदर्भित पत्र के क्रम में आप द्वारा मांगी गयी 3 विन्दु की सूचना निम्नवत है ।
1- श्री रघुवर दयाल सिंह पुत्र भानू प्रताप सिंह व दिलीप सिंह पुत्र रघुवर दयाल सिंह नि०ग्र० कोठरा कंतित थाना जिगना द्वारा प्रभागीय कार्यालय मीरजापुर से गुलर वृक्ष कटान हेतु कोई प्रार्थना पत्र नही दिया गया।
2- श्री रघुवर दयाल सिंह पुत्र श्री भानू प्रताप सिंह के नाम से प्रभागीय कार्यालय मीरजापुर द्वारा अनुज्ञा पत्र निर्गत नहीं किया गया है।
3- प्रकरण में एक हरे गुलर के वृक्ष का पातन हुआ था जिसमें (1) रघुवर दयाल सिंह पुत्र भानू प्रताप सिंह (2) दिलीप सिंह पुत्र रघुवर दयाल सिंह के विरूद्ध एच-2 केस संख्या-16/2022-23 लालगंज रेंज द्वारा इजरा कर जॉच की कार्यवाही की जा रही है।
