Honourable first appellate authority in the office of the chief minister government of Uttar Pradesh may direct the public information officer to provide the following 3 point information.
Public Information Officer, Chief Minister Office, Uttar Pradesh Government should provide the following information to the applicant
1- Sir, the above office memo of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation came into existence on 25 September 2021 while crop of Dayanand was burnt on 18 April 2021. So there was no such Government Order, how can office memo dated 25 September 2021 can be retrospected on crop burnt on 18 April 2021? Please provide information.
2- Additional Chief Secretary / Principal Secretary / Secretary - Energy Department should provide a copy of the government order or circular on the basis of which they allowed a retrospection of the office memo.
3- Public Information Officer in the office of Chief Minister should provide a copy of the guidelines according to which any officer can do the retrospection of circulars, office memo and government orders issued by department as done by executive engineer EDD II Mirzapur and accepted by the chief minister office.
It is most unfortunate that aforementioned three point formation sought by the information seeker was not provided by the public information officer in the office of the chief minister of the government of Uttar Pradesh which is also concerned with the working of the chief minister office as the chief minister office is the monitoring body of the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. This is a humble request of the appellant to the first appellate authority in the office of chief minister government of Uttar Pradesh to direct the public information officer in order to provide the information to the information seeker which is not being provided by the public information officer deliberately.
