* Description of Information Sought This online application is on behalf of Yashveer Singh S/O Chetram Singh resident of Akbarpur tehsil Mawana District Meerut. Whose mobile number is 9682130617.Aggrieved Yashveer Singh S/O Chetram Singh resident of Akbarpur told the information seeker that despite the order of the sub divisional magistrate Mawana, subordinates are procrastinating in the matter. Most respected Sir you may take a glance of the following report of revenue inspector Samar Singh of Falawda dated-13-4-23 Tehsil Mawana which is attached as the fourth page of the attached PDF documents to this online RTI application. This attached PDF document consists of 8 pages.
On the way, a total of 213 square meters of land was found on the spot, a total of 358 square meters of land was found on the spot, 200.80 square meters occupied by Jagpal and 100 square meters by Netram. The total area on the square meter was found to be correct at 791.20 square meters on the spot. Total possession/grabbing of government property 791.20 plus Netram 100 plus Jagpal 200. Out of the total 1092 square meters, the remaining 190 square meters of land area of the government land is vacant, Hospital will be built on the vacant land told by the Gram Pradhan after permission taken from the government. No government number of land was found east of the common road on no. 608 on the spot. Araji number- 606, land 1.6700 Acre. Sushil Sharma, Dinesh and Arun have built a house in 200 square meters found grabbing land of the pond on the spot. The road constructed on the land of Araji No. 605 near the west direction of section 605 in which separate action has been taken and on the spot which has been constructed on the land of Araji No. 606 is not recorded in the revenue record. The information seeker is seeking following information pointwise from the public information officer in Tehsil Mawana District Meerut.
1- It is quite obvious that Sufficient details of the grabbing a government land was provided by the Samar Singh and public information officer may tell the information seeker about the action taken by the competent authority on this report of the revenue inspector Samar Singh of Falawda.
2- Provide the action taken by Tahsildar Mawana and subdivisional magistrate Mawana to curb the grabbing the land belonging to the government in the matter concerned. Also provide the minutes of the proceedings in the matter.
3- Provide the visit details of district magistrate, chief revenue officer, Subdivisional magistrate and Tehsildar Mawana to curb the concerned village panchayat in order to safeguard the government property in the village Panchayat.
