* Ground For Appeal Provided Incomplete,Misleading or False Information

((Description of Information sought (upto 500 characters) )

* Prayer or Relief Sought Under point 1, the information seeker has sought the name and designation of the staff of the chief minister office of the government of Uttar Pradesh who monitor the redressal of the grievances on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh.

Public information officer has provided the designation of the staff not the name of these staff so provided information is incomplete. Please provide the name of the staff also. Under point

2, the information seeker has sought the number of grievances which are pending on the Jansunwai portal for more than 5 years. According to you, those grievances which are older than one year archived. But you did not tell me that pending grievances are also archived after one year.

Under point 3, the information seeker wanted to know the impotency of the chief minister office because of which it overlooks the arbitrary reports in the matter of corruption. You did not reveal this information also by taking the recourse that Such information is not retained by the chief minister office. I think that you should have this information as monitoring body of the Jansunwai portal. Right to reason is the indispensable part of sound administrative system and you are depriving the information seekers from the reason.

Under point 4, the information seeker sought the posting details of the officers and their subordinates who are monitoring the working of the Jansunwai portal. It is most unfortunate that you did not provide any posting detail in the provided information which is enhancing corruption in the working.

Under point 5, the information seeker sort the information concerning the review of Jansunwai portal by the chief minister Yogi Adityanath and also sought how many times Jansunwai portal was reviewed by chief minister Yogi Adityanath?

Public information officer did not provide this information also which is a mockery of the provisions of right to Information Act 2005.

Under point 6, the information seeker sought the number and designation of the officers who were dismissed from the service for submitting the arbitrary reports on the Jansunwai portal.

It is most unfortunate that the public information officer did not reveal this information also even when this information was concerning with the corruption in the government machinery. It is quite obvious that chief minister office overlooks such anomalies that is why no such information is available to the chief minister office.

This is a humble request of your appellant that the first appellate authority must take action in accordance with the law in order to provide the information to the information seeker as well as take disciplinary action against the public information officer who misled the information seeker.
