Nodal Officer Details Name Ajay Pratap Singh Telephone Number 9454413258 Email-ID labour823@gmail.com Honourable first appellate authority the appellants submitted the RTI application on 17th February 2023. It is 14th August 2023 today. Honourable Sir 6 months passed and concerned public information officer did not entertain the submitted online RTI application on the portal of government of Uttar Pradesh. Public information officer must know that stipulated time is 30 days as prescribed under subsection one of Section 7 off the right to Information Act 2005. Whether we are living in a forest rule and think about the anarchy no one is opposing this lawlessness. 6 month is the long time span how can anyone accept this negligence committed by the public information officer after department? Where is the transparency and accountability in the Yogi Adityanath government if the information sought under the right to Information Act is not being provided by the public information officers of the government? The appellant is seeking 6 points information from the public authority and they do not Show any interest in order to provide information quite obvious from their procrastination. For 6 months they are procrastinating under matter. The information concerns the transfer and postings of the staff working in the Mirzapur office under the supervision of assistant labour commissioner Mirzapur. They did not provide any information in 6 months which implies that something is wrong in the department. Only to say that someone is honest he may not be honest if he is actually honest there must be honesty in his working style. It has been practice in our government that our public staff show pseudo honesty which is like poison to the machinery. This is a humble request of the appellant to the first appellate authority to direct the public information officer for providing information to the information seeker at the earliest and also initiate disciplinary proceedings against the public information officer who took under teeth the provisions of right to information Act 2005.
