Executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar may execute the next proceeding in order to provide the compensation to the applicant in the matter of burning of crop due to short circuit as the first information report has been registered by the station house officer Vindhyachal quite obvious from the communication exchanged with the circle officer city under right to Information Act 2005 which consists of 4 pages and its 4th page is the copy of the first information report. The matter of the applicant concerning compensation in the matter of burning of wheat crop more than 2 bigha during the COVID because of short circuit is pending in the office of executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar in the name of registering first information report in the police station Vindhyachal district Mirzapur.

मीरजापुर मो0नं0 9373315067 द्वारा प्राप्त हिन्दी टाइप शूदा के बाबत खुद की फसल शार्ट सर्किट से जल जाने के सम्बन्ध में सूचना जो इस प्रकार है - सेवा में श्रीमान प्रभारी पुलिस स्टेशन विंध्याचल, पिन कोड -231307 विषय- एफ. आई. आर. दर्ज कराने हेतु शार्ट सर्किट से गेहूँ की फसल जलने के मामले में आवेदक दयानंद सिंह पुत्र शोभनाथ सिंह की फसल 18 अप्रैल 2021 को शार्ट सर्किट के कारण जल गई थी। लेखपाल द्वारा 15 जून 2021 को रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की गई जिसे कानूनगो द्वारा 19 जून 2021 को आवेदक को मुआवजा प्रदान करने हेतु अधिशाषी अभियंता द्वितीय मीरजापुर को भेज दिया गया। माननीय महोदय तहसील सदर की संजय रिपोर्ट पर दृष्टि डालने की कृपा करे।तीन बिन्दुओं का सहारा लेकर उत्तर प्रदेश पावर कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड के कार्यालय में मुआवजा लंबित है। 01- अभियंता ईडीडी द्वितीय मीरजापुर द्वारा ग आईआर की प्रति प्रदेगी जा रही है। जो मामले में दर्ज किया गया 02-तहसील सेंटर द्वारा की गई संस्तुति ने तहसील सदर का हस्ताक्षर मातिल महीमा 103-विद्युत सुन में पीडित दयानंद सिंह पुत्र स्व0 शोभनाथ सिंह ग्राम नीबी गहरवार पोस्ट नीबी गहरवार तहसील सदर जिला मीरजापुर पिन कोड: 231303 के में पीडित व्यतिलिपि भूति अधिशाषी अभियंता ईडीडी द्वितीय ने तहसील सदर की रिपोर्ट पर समय पर कार्यवाही नही की और उत्तर प्रदेश पावर कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड ने २५ सितम्बर 2021 को कार्यालय ज्ञापन पारित किया, जिसमें एक आई आर दर्ज कराना विद्युत दुर्घटनाओं ने मुआवजा प्राप्त करने के लिए अनिवार्य बना दिया गया कृपया थाना अध्यक्ष विध्याचल मामले में एफ.आई.आर. दर्ज करें ताकि आवेदक को उत्तर प्रदेश पावर कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड से प्रार्थी को मुआवजा मिल सके। दिनांक 7 जुलाई 2023 आपका आज्ञाकारी दयानंद सिंह दयानंद सिंह पुत्र सोभनाथ सिंह चल भाष 9373315067 नीबी गहरवार, पोस्ट नीबी गहरवार तहसील सदर जिला मिर्जापुर पिन फोड- 231303 के सम्बन्ध में तस्करा अंकित किया गया आवेदक को दोयम प्रति अकब से दिया जायेगा नकल रपट व इस्तेफाकिया प्रार्थना पत्र जांच एवं आवश्यक कार्यवाही हेतु उनि विजेन्द्र गिरि को जरिये किया जायेगा
