Grievance Description
This application is on behalf of Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh who is senior citizen. Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh is a victim of corruption in Lucknow Development Authority.
1-First page of the attached PDF document is the arbitrary and inconsistent parrot report dated 29 December 2023 of Atul Krishna Singh, deputy secretary of L.D.A. submitted in the grievance of the applicant registered as Grievance Status for registration number: GOVUP/E/2023/0081676 Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant-Keshav Pratap Singh alias Tantrik K P Singh, Date of Receipt-09/12/2023, Received By Ministry/Department-Uttar Pradesh.
2-It is quite obvious from the second page of the attached PDF document it is the communication of the special executive officer of the Lucknow development authority mister Rajiv Kumar dated 6th February 2020 in which you have inform the applicant Dinesh Pratap Singh that you are taking action in the matter for that very purpose you have summoned requisite documents from the allottees. Which is still awaited on the part of allottees.
2-Numerous communications were exchange with the allottees by the Lucknow development authority but it is most unfortunate that committee members could not succeed to get documents as allottees failed to provide the requisite documents which are essential to prove the right of allottees on the allotted land because they had already sold all the five plots to the applicant.
3-Subsequently Lucknow development authority formed an enquiry committee into the matter consisting of three members and this committee is making enquiries to check the anomalies made during the execution of the registry of the impugned land.
4-It is quite obvious that setup committee of the Lucknow development authority is also seeking documents from the applicant and those documents were made available to the concerned staff who made the communication with the applicant but fortunately he has been transferred to the other desk by the competent authority so informed that he is not posted at the same place now he has been posted to the other desk which is the root cause documents sent by the applicant Dinesh Pratap Singh did not reach to the committee.
5-The next three pages of this PDF document attached to the grievance is the power of attorney provided by the Babu Singh to the applicant.
Subsequently, in the next four pages of the attached PDF document to the grievance, is the agreement made between Babu Singh and the applicant regarding the five plots which is under dispute? The next page is the receipt of the payment made by the applicant to the allottees through Babu Singh.
6-It is quite obvious that the next two pages in the attached PDF document is the electricity bill of the applicant when the applicant was living in the house sold by the Babu Singh in the impugned plot which was later grabbed by allottees under monitoring of Guddi/Aradhana/Anuradha W/O Babu Singh provided by the Babu Singh because of the arbitrariness of the Lucknow development authority who overlooked the order of the Lucknow bench of high court of judicature at Allahabad.
7- Next for pages of the attached PDF document is the affidavit of the Satyesh Prakash Dwivedi sub inspector of police station Ashiana, district-Lucknow submitted in the Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad.
8- It is quite obvious that the next two pages of the attached PDF document is the communication of the property officer of the Lucknow development authority to Ajay Singh and Guddi regarding the objection made by the applicant before registry of the impugned land.
9- It is quite obvious that next three pages are the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad which must be perused by the respected members of the committee which was violated by the staff of the Lucknow development authority who executed the registry of the land.

It is quite obvious from the representation that this representation has been submitted to provide the requisite documents to the Lucknow Development Authority which is being sought by them from the aggrieved Dinesh Pratap Singh, but it is most unfortunate that they are not capable to understand the contents of the representation. Think about the anarchy prevailed in the working of the Lucknow Development Authority who are not providing information under right to information act 2005 in the name that committee has been formed in the matter and they are seeking documents from the party for more than two years. Whether it is proper way to curb the corruption from government machinery by the Yogi government who is claiming to provide corruption free governance to the people in the state as claimed by both Yogi and Modi time and again. Undoubtedly parliamentary elections are coming close and they will again claim to provide corruption free governance. Where is corruption free governance?

10-It is quite obvious that next three pages are the affidavits submitted by Babu Singh, Guddi Singh and Kanishk Kumar Singh before L.D.A. to get plots which contain false and misleading information.
This is a humble request of the applicant that committee members of the Lucknow development authority looking into irregularities in allocation of land and executing of registry may take the perusal of the attached document of the 24 pages before taking any decision in the matter.

Think about the credibility of the chief minister office of government which did not attach the document and just saying in the comment please see the attachment which is a mockery of the law of land and action must be taken against the corrupt staff but who will bell the cat when most are corrupt in the government? Our chief minister Yogi Adityanath only makes comments regarding the bad working style of the public staff but he is failed to take action against the dereliction of the public staff which is the root cause of this anarchy. Where is the good governance in this largest democracy in the world? Good governance is only a dream.
