* Prayer or Relief Sought From the following status it is quite obvious that the appellant submitted the RTI application on 19th December 2023 which was disposed of by the concerned public information officer on 22nd February 2024 which means more than 2 months were taken by the public information officer to deny the information to the appellant.

It is quite obvious from the submitted report of the executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar he denied the information to the appellant by taking the recourse of the fact that information is concerned with the station house officer, anti-power theft police station district Mirzapur. 
Undoubtedly the appellant is agreed with this fact that  information is concerned with the station house officer, anti-power theft police station district Mirzapur, but the appellant is not agreed that RTI application of the appellant maybe disposed of on this ground instead of transferring it put the concerned public information officer under subsection 3 obstruction 6 of the right to Information Act 2005 which was not done by the public information officer Rajesh Kumar. 
The fault is also on the part of the nodal officer who did not forward the matter to the proper public information officer which is quite obvious from the report of the public information officer Mr Rajesh Kumar. 
This is a humble request of the appellant to direct the public information officer to forward the RTI application to the public authority station house officer, anti-power theft police station district Mirzapur for providing information to the appellant as required under subsection 3 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005. For this appellant shall ever pray you most respected Sir.

* Description of Information Sought The information made available in the following RTI application is the latter number-174 of electricity distribution division second Mirzapur dated 9th January 2023 signed by executive engineer A. K. Singh. Which is a mockery of provisions of right to Information Act 2005. In this case the date of RTI application is 9th July 2023 and the date of appeal is 09th November 2023. Old letter of A. K. Singh was attached to the portal on 29th November 2023 by executive engineer Mr. Rajesh Kumar of electricity distribution division second district-Mirzapur. Which is tantamount to indiscipline. 

The information seeker is seeking those information again as follows.

जाँचोपरान्त शिकायतकर्ता के परिसर पर विद्युत चोरी से सम्बन्धित अनियमितता पायी गयी जिसके परिप्रेक्ष्य में पुलिस प्रवर्तन दल, मिर्जापुर द्वारा भारतीय विद्युत अधिनियम 2003 की धारा 135 के अंतर्गत एंटी पावर थेफ्ट थाने में विद्युत चोरी में प्राथमिकी दर्ज करायी गयी है पुलिस प्रवर्तन दल मिर्जापुर ने जो प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई है जैसा कि अधिशासी अभियंता विद्युत वितरण खंड द्वितीय श्री राजेश कुमार द्वारा उपलब्ध कराया गया है निम्न सूचनाएं प्रार्थी को उपलब्ध कराएं। 

1-पुलिस प्रवर्तन दल मिर्जापुर द्वारा जो प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट पंजीकृत कराई गई है उसकी प्रतिलिपि उपलब्ध कराएं

    For the feeding on the RTI portal, name of public information officer, department of electricity had provided the name of Manoj Kumar Yadav and he had been transferred two years ago but still his name was displaying on the RTI portal of the government which is a mockery of the law.
    Executive Engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar is not only providing misleading information to the information seekers also submitting arbitrary and inconsistent reports on the public grievance portal the Government of India as well as on the jansunwai portal up the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

    What would be outcome if the entire democracy maybe hijacked? We are facing the same problems in this largest democracy in the world where rule of law has been substituted by rule of anarchy. In this Banana republic deyar is no control over the arbitrariness and tyranny in the working of the public staff.

    It is quite obvious that there is complete anarchy in the working of the Purvanchal Vidyut vitran Nigam limited quite obvious from the post but it is most unfortunate no action will be taken against the wrongdoer staff of the government belonging to the department of electricity who made the mockery of the law by taking the government order under teeth.
