An application under article 51 A of the constitution of India to make inquiry regarding the corruption prevailed on large scale irregularities in the process of appointment carried out by the national health mission concerned with the government of Uttar Pradesh. For more details, vide attached document.
The accountable staff of the national health mission made the conspired criteria deliberately to deprive the covid warriors from being selected under the process of the appointment regarding the following vacancies. It seems that sympathy of the government with the COVID warriors is only confined to the print and electronic media who suffered a lot and face the danger of life during the COVID.
There are several candidates who have been selected for more than one programme/stream so they must be selected for their best choice and the rest of the programmes must be filled by those candidates who are in the waiting list. It seems that such vacancies will be filled from the back door.
The matter concerns the lack of transparency accountability and deep-rooted irregularities in the process of recruitment for contractual vacancies of ANM, Staff Nurse, Lab Technician & Pharmacist Allopathic under NHM, UP. State Programme Management Unit, National Health Mission, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
Those candidates registered with the UP STATE MEDICAL FACULTY LUCKNOW were to be appointed because such candidates are providing their services since during the epidemic of corona but when the competition was carried out then candidates from other stream were also allowed which was injustice with the candidates who had provided their services during the Corona pandemic. Please check the entire shortlisted candidates and their registration with the UP STATE MEDICAL FACULTY LUCKNOW in reference to the post of LAB TECHNICIANS.

NHM Ki सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र में होने वाली नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता एवं जवाबदेही होनी चाहिए। सरकार में भ्रष्टाचार के कारण योग्य लोग उचित अवसरों से वंचित रह जाते हैं।

Undoubtedly covid warriors must be given first priority in the appointment as they faced the risk of life during the covid now they cannot be overlooked. Their services of the covid period cannot be overlooked. There is no transparency and accountability in the process of appointment.
ReplyDeleteIf the aggrieved are raising their voices on some points then it must be analysed by accountable staff of the government if not doing so then where is the good governance in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Please provide the mechanism to check the certificates of economically weaker section candidates because most of the candidates do not belong to this section but they have been shortlisted by using such certificates.
50,% students EWS certificates provided how is possible????

लेकिन मैं बता दूं की NHM की भर्त्ती प्रकिया मे ( Selected-Students/ Shortlisted-Students) का मतलब (same)एक है
ReplyDeleteऔर याहा एक पद के लिए 3 छात्रों को सूचीबद्ध किया जाता है
और एक को Shortlisted किया जाता है बाकी बचे 2 छात्र को Waiting मे रक्खा जाता है
.
Selected-Students को ज्वाइनिंग के लिए एक महीने का समय दिया गया था.
सम्भावतह जिस छात्र को ज्वाइन करना था, कर लिया है.
इसके बावज़ूद जो students waiting मे है
उन्हे मौका ना देते हूए
फिर से NHM ने ज्वाइनिंग की तारीख को 10 दिन और बड़ा दिया गया जिससे फ़र्गीवाड़ा करणे वालो को बदावा मिलेगा ,
सुचना मिली है की उत्तर प्रदेश के सभी जिलो मे सीट खाली हूए है .
और जो students waiting मे है
उन्हे मौका दिया जाए
.क्या waiting Students के लिए मिशन निदेशक महोदय जी की कोई जिम्मेदारी नही बनती
.
क्या waiting मे Students को सिर्फ नाम भर के लिए रक्खा जाता है .
