* Description of Information Sought An application under article 51 A of the constitution of India to make inquiry regarding the corruption prevailed on large scale irregularities in the process of appointment carried out by the national health mission concerned with the government of Uttar Pradesh.
The matter concerns the lack of transparency accountability and deep-rooted irregularities in the process of recruitment for contractual vacancies of ANM, Staff Nurse, Lab Technician & Pharmacist Allopathic under NHM, UP. State Programme Management Unit, National Health Mission, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

This is in reference to advertisement no 642/SPMU/NHM/2022-23/6200 dated 26.11.2022 regarding recruitment of 17000 Contractual vacancies of ANM, Staff Nurse, Lab Technician and Pharmacist-Allopathic under various Programs of NHM, UP
PIO Must provide the following information to the information seeker point wise as follows.
1- Few contractual staff and the General Secretary of the Association of contractual staff of Lab Technicians submitted signed representation on the later pad of Association concerning anomalies in the process of appointment on 29th November 2023 which is quite obvious from the second and third page of the attached pdf document to the application.
Please provide the action taken by the director national health mission Lucknow Uttar Pradesh on the representation if not taken provide the reason for it.
2- From the first page of the attached PDF document to the application it is quite obvious that concerned people sent a reminder to the director national health mission Lucknow on 7th February 2024.

There must be transparency and accountability in the process of appointment being carried out in the public sector. Because of corruption in the government qualified are deprived of appropriate opportunities.
ReplyDeleteBecause of corruption there is no transparency and accountability in the working of the government and similar things occurring with the process of appointment. It is most unfortunate, if the complaints will be made before the accountable staff of the government they will not take any action ipso facto.

There is ample evidence of corruption but it is most unfortunate that accountable staff of the government is overlooking the matter.
