Think about the credibility of the executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mr Rajesh Kumar who submitted a false report on the public grievance portal of the government of India in the grievance addressed to the prime minister office of this country which is a mockery of the law of land. Whether such corrupt working style of the executive engineer is not lowering the dignity of the prime minister office of this country? Complaint no 60000230109052 is closed.
Sir, take cognizance of your own letter number 3495 which was issued by your department on 10 June 2023. Which is attached as the first page of the attached pdf document to the grievance. Accordingly, the complaint made by Shri Yogi MP Singh Mohalla Surekapuram Colony, Shri Laxminarayan Baikunth Mahadev Mandir, Rewa Road, Mirzapur was investigated by the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. After investigation, the Sub-Divisional Officer has informed that at present the work of data migration is being done, due to which the electricity bills of rural areas are not being revised on the system. As soon as the data migration work is completed, the connection number 742002487167 in which money Rs.4600.00 deposited by you will be adjusted to the connection number 741800445744. But it is very sad that you have not yet adjusted it, which itself shows the corrupt style. Grievance Description-Respected executive Engineer electricity distribution division second Mirzapur Mr Rajesh Kumar your scheme buy one get one free is promoting corruption and against the setup norms of the government. There must be transparency and accountability in your working but because of corruption it is not actually taking place in your working style. The following information concerning the deep rooted corruption in your department must be examined by the senior rank officers and a logistic approach must be adopted in submitting the report on the portal.
An application on behalf of Parmeshwar Nath son of late Harishchandra Pasi belonging to the oppressed section, resident of village Aadampur, post Nibi Gaharwar, police station Vindhyachal, development block Chhanbey district Mirzapur pin code 231303.
The matter concerns the Arjunpur feeder comes under the ambit of Jigna powerhouse.
Short submissions of the applicant are as follows.
1-The father of the application Harishchandra Pasi had taken an electricity connection in the year 2017 quite obviously from the attached documents and connection number is 741800445744.
2-The local office of the Uttar Pradesh Power corporation had given a second connection in the name of the father of the applicant in the year 2020 illegally whose connection number is 742002487167.
3-By mistake the father of the applicant had deposited rupees 4600 in the letter connection issued in his name illegally by the Mirzapur office of the Uttar Pradesh Power corporation limited Uttar Pradesh.
4-The father of the applicant, Mr Harishchandra departed to the heavenly abode on 8th August 2022. Consequently the paid money by the father of the applicant in the illegal connection provided by the department of electricity must be adjusted in the legal account of the provided connection by the department of electricity.
5- Please take a glass of the note, on the application of the applicant submitted in the writing of the applicant, of the junior engineer address to the sub divisional officer as the first page of the attached PDF document. According to the note, one of the connections given to the applicant in 2017 is correct. It is most unfortunate that no action was taken thereafter by the concerned staff to close the connection in the name of the father of the applicant.

Think about the gravity of situation, department of electricity is providing connections to the connection holders on the theory of one take one free and now they are saying that the excess amount paid in the second connection has been adjusted in the original connection, but connection will be closed after the execution of the required proceedings. Think about the gravity of situation, this is a fault of the Department of electricity which has provided arbitrary connection to the connection holder by floating all setup norms which are required to provide the connection to the consumers and now they are saying that connection will be closed after the execution of due procedures. Whether there is rule of law in the government of Uttar Pradesh or our state is ruled by rule of anarchy because such arbitrariness and tyranny working in Department of electricity is only showing the jungle rule in the working of the government in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Please free us from this anarchy.
