The matter concerns the mobile number 9336252631 which service providing company Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited U.P. east. Most respected sir please take a glance of the recharge made on the aforementioned mobile number done yesterday by the applicant is as follows. Transaction History, Recharge-09 Feb 2024, at time-10:40 PM, Subscription price-Rs.1999 but after two percent concession because of charging on B.S.N.L. Care app became Rs.1959.02
There is no change in the status of the recharge still, the main pack expires on 15th February 2025 and current recharge pack expires on 12th July 2024. The first page of the attached PDF document to the grievance is the report of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Mirzapur which claims the matter has been resolved by them. The second and third page of the attached pdf document is the current status of the account concerning the impugned mobile number and current status of the Internet back being used by the applicant.
There is no additional recharge pack in the account concerning the impugned mobile number-9336252631 and this forthcoming recharge pack may come into existence after the exhaust of the current recharge pack.
If the subsequent recharge pack had been enforced then it had to expire on 12th July 2025 not 15th February 2025 as shown in the account. As well as it had to show the current available data plus purchased data. Unfortunately it is not showing so reflecting the mismanagement in the working of the Bharat Sanjay Nigam Limited an undertaking of the government of India.
As far as the report submitted by them is concerned they are saying that the recharge issue has been resolved, but what they resolved they did not disclose it. Since the issue was not resolved by them by adopting cogent approach which resulted in the subsequent grievance by the applicant.

Mobile Number-9336252631, Payment Method-UPI, Transaction ID-NUE00902244986391963, Discount-2%, Payment Status-Successful, Recharge Status-Successful. Which is quite obvious from the first page of the attached pdf document to this grievance. The second page of the attached PDF document shows the status of the account concerning the mobile number 9336252631 in which validity expires on 15th February 2025.On the same page it shows that validity of the current active pack will expire on 12th July 2024.This implies that the new subscription pack purchased by the applicant will become active in the account after 12th July 2024.The validity of the newly purchased subscription pack is 365 days which will initiate when the current service pack will get exhausted. This implies that validity provided by the service provider and the mobile number must expire on 11th July 2025 and whatever validity showing on the account of the mobile number in the bsnl care app expires on 15th February 2025 is wrong. This is a humble request to the accountable staff of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Uttar Pradesh East to provide proper reason to the applicant regarding the wrong validity showing in the bsnl care app and provide written validity explanation of subscriptions purchased by the applicant.
This is a humble request to the concerned accountable staff of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited to explain the process of activation regarding the purchased services. Whether is time span of the subscription can be reduced arbitrarily causing loss to consumers?

If it is showing the same status what was earlier, then how can it be considered that the matter has been resolved. If the status of the recharge has been changed in your computer, then you had to say screenshot of your computer, but you did not do so this is showing that something is wrong in your dealings.

It is too much surprising no solution was provided to the aggrieved applicant but the grievance was closed by the concerned staff of the government belonging to the Mirzapur district. Think about the gravity of situation, BSNL care app is showing the same result and they are claiming to resolve the issue whether it is not a mockery of the law of land.
ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly he did not cover the main issue raised by the aggraeved applicant reflects the deep rooted anarchy in the working of the public authority Bharat sanchar Nigam limited. This is also a mismanagement in the working because such arrogant step will only cause the losses to the department.
