Sir, more than three months passed but sought information was not made available by the aforementioned public information officer. Since I had to submit the first appeal within thirty days, unfortunately one month late and now ball in the court of the first appellate authority to entertain the appeal or to reject it.
Since Concerned PIO MANOJ KUMAR YADAV ( EDD-2 FATAH MRZ) did not exchange any communication in the matter in order to provide information so it may be thought to provide information and First Appellate Authority may entertain the First Appeal.
Nowadays no information is being provided to the information seekers in the Yogi Government in the state Uttar Pradesh. Since the matter was forwarded by the office of Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited to aforementioned Concerned PIO MANOJ KUMAR YADAV ( EDD-2 FATAH MRZ) on 11/02/2022 so I was confirmed that PIO will provide information. It seems that he forgot because of the heavy workload.
