Most respected are following information has been sought from the public information officer.

The matter concerns the working of the executive officer, Municipality Mirzapur city district Mirzapur regarding the following notification issued by the government of Uttar Pradesh on 12th September 2016.

This serious issue concerns unemployed people working on meagre emoluments of salary less than minimum wages prescribed by the government with the lure that day will come when the government will regularise them.

GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH PERSONNEL SECTION-2 NOTIFICATION Miscellaneous No.9/2016/2/1/97-Ka-2-2016

Dated, Lucknow, 12 September, 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of all existing rules and orders on the subject, the Governor is pleased to make the following rules:

THE UTTAR PRADESH REGULARISATION OF PERSONS WORKING ON DAILY WAGES OR ON WORK CHARGE OR ON CONTRACT IN GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS ON GROUP C AND GROUP D POSTS (OUTSIDE THE PURVIEW OF THE UTTAR PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION) RULES, 2016

These rules may be called The Uttar Pradesh Regularisation of Persons Working On Daily Wages or On Work Charge or On Contract In Government Departments On Group C And Group D Posts (Outside The Purview Of The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Rules, 2016. They shall come into force at once.

Public information officer in the office of executive officer, Municipality Mirzapur city district Mirzapur may provide the following information to the information seeker point wise as follows.

1- Please provide the list of the regularised personnel range wise in the office of executive officer, Municipality Mirzapur city district Mirzapur   under the above notification issued by the government on 12th September 2016.

2- Please provide a copy of the communications exchanged with the government by the office of executive officer, Municipality Mirzapur city district Mirzapur  regarding the aforementioned notification issued by the government on 12th September 2016.

3- If not a single daily wage personnel was regularised under the aforementioned notification issued by the government then providing the reason for it as right to reason is an indispensable part of the sound administrative system.

4- Please provide the precautionary measure taken by the executive officer, Municipality Mirzapur city district Mirzapur  to maintain the transparency and accountability in the process of regularisation of the daily wage personnel under the aforementioned notification.

5- Please provide the total number of daily wage staff working in the office of executive officer, Municipality Mirzapur city district Mirzapur.

Public information officer may provide the aforementioned 5-points Information within stipulated 30 days as prescribed under subsection one of the section 7 of the right to Information Act 2005.

Concerned staff did not provide any information to the appellant so please direct the public information officer to provide information to the appellant.
