* Description of Information Sought An application on behalf of Mrs Sameena Begam W/O Fatahu, Village-Mahuari Kala, Post Mahuari Kala, mohalla-Kewtan, Vindhyachal, District-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231307, mobile number-7084435815 to seek information under right to information act 2005 concerning arbitrary cancellation of the Ration card. 

The first page of the attached PDF document to the online rti application is the Ration card details of the aggrieved applicant Mrs Sameena Begam W/O Mr. Fatahu. 

The second page of the attached PDF document to the online rti application is the Aadhar card details of the aggrieved applicant Mrs Sameena Begam W/O Mr. Fatahu. The third page of the attached PDF document to the online rti application is the Aadhar card details of the aggrieved applicant Guddu Ali S/O Nanhku S/O Mrs Sameena Begam W/O Mr. Fatahu.

Public information officer must provide the following information point wise to the information seeker as follows.

1- Public information officer must provide the reason for the cancellation of the Russian card of the aggrieved applicant attached as the first page of the pdf document to the online rti application. 

2- Public information officer must provide the total price of the paddy and total price of the wheat sold by Guddu Ali S/O Nanhku  

3- Public information officer must provide the account details opened in the name of the son of the aggrieved applicant named Guddu Ali S/O Nanhku as well as financial transaction details made by the government into the account of my son. 

4- Please provide the name and designation of the staff of the government on the basis of whose report cancellation of the Ration card was made by the office of district supply officer.

5- Whether any notice was issued by the office of district supply officer before cancellation of the Ration card of the aggrieved applicant to seek the explanation of the Ration card holder as an opportunity to prove her innocence as required under natural justice. 

Please provide the copy of any such notice issued by the department before cancelling the Ration card of the aggrieved applicant.

    This matter concerns the deep rooted corruption in the working of the department of food and civil supplies.
    Intermediaries planted by the personnel of the department of food and civil supplies committed the irregularities but no action was taken against them and action was taken against poor ration card holders on the large scale.

    Think about the gravity of situation that the innocent and gullible people are being targeted for those crimes which are not committed by them. This is the same matter ration card was misused by the brokers of the government officers but the punishment was awarded to the ration card holder.

    It is a corruption to cancel the ration card of a person whose fault is nothing and defaulter is the broker of the government staff who was accumulating black money in his pocket through the corrupt activities by opening fraud bank accounts in the banks in the name of innocent and gullible people on the large scale.
