  1. Think about the gravity of situation in 5 months district magistrate Mirzapur did not recover the penalty imposed by Uttar Pradesh state information commission on wrongdoer public information officers which is a mockery of the provisions of right to information act 2005.
What would be its outcome is visible to anyone in the state?

  2. When there is no regard for the orders passed by the constitutional functionaries then think about the common people in the state of Uttar Pradesh who are neglected by these bureaucrats.
What is the credibility of the orders passed by the constitutional functionaries in the state of Uttar Pradesh if these orders are taken under teeth by the district magistrates

  3. Because of rampant corruption in the working of the public staff they do not like the right to information act 2005 because it promotes the transparency and accountability in the working of the government staff.
