Grievance Description

In a report dated 26 January 2024, Block Development Officer Haliya told the applicant Family register in the name of Shambhu Sharan Mishra is not available. Therefore, a copy of the family register of Shambhu Sharan Mishra cannot be made available to the applicant. Please take a glance of the first page of the attached PDF document to the grievance. 

For the evidence of inheritance, the applicant requested the secretary of the village panchayat Mr Saurabh Yadav to provide the family register of the father by connecting the name of the applicant with the family register and he suggested the applicant to submit the representation with the affidavit on the stamp paper of Rs.10 addressed to the block development officer Haliya district- Mirzapur. Applicant submitted the application before the block development officer Halia district Mirzapur along with the affidavit on the stamp paper of Rs.10 on 5th February 2024 which is attached as the second and 3rd page of the attached PDF document to the grievance. 

Honourable Sir may be pleased to take a glance at these representations. It is evident that the messenger of the applicant provided the original application along with the supportive documents to the person who was authorised by the secretary of the village panchayat Mr Saurabh Yadav on the mobile phone. 

This application was received by the person in the Bhaisod office which must be taken into account. It must be noted that secretary of the village panchayat Mr Saurabh Yadav did not provide the family register by including the name of the applicant along with her father.

Grievance Description-The matter concerns the working of the block development officer Halia under the supervision of Sub divisional magistrate Lalganj, District-Mirzapur.

Undoubtedly, the concerned village development officer provided the death certificate and copy of the family register, but the former has missing feeding and latter has incomplete feedback. Which has been explained by the applicant as follows.  Please correct the feedback in both the testimonies and then provide the applicant. For these, applicants shall ever pray to you Honourable Sir otherwise give the proper explanation so that it may be used at the appropriate forum.Vide attached document to the grievance for supporting documents.

It is quite obvious that they have provided the death certificate of Siyakant Mishra S/O Shambhu but the name of the father must be Shambhu Saran Mishra. In the name of a copy of the family register, they have provided Siyakant S/O Shambhu which has been currently prepared.

The family details of the late Shambhu Saran Mishra.is as follows.

1-Dayashankar Mishra S/O Shambhu Saran Mishra

2-Siyakant Mishra S/O Shambhu Saran Mishra has expired.

3- Hariprasad Mishra S/O Shambhu Saran Mishra

4-Shivshankar Mishra S/O Shambhu Saran Mishra has expired.

5-Ramdeiya, widow of late Shambhu Saran Mishra, has expired.

Most respected Sir, family register is the evidence to prove the claim in the process of inheritance carried out at the level of tehsil. Please provide the detail in copy of the family register so that the applicant may stake claim before appropriate authority.
