BSNL charged Rs.1515 from the consumer but did not provide the services yet reflecting complete mismanagement and anarchy in its working.

The matter concerns the mobile number 9336252631 and the service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited. The applicant made the recharge of Rs.1515 but the service providing company Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited did not provide the data 2GB per day or you can say that Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited did not resume its services. For the more details, vide attached document to the grievance. The recharge was made by the applicant on the BSNL app through Paytm.

As supporting evidence, I have attached a PDF document of 8 pages.

It is an embarrassing situation that the applicant is doing recharge again and again but it fails and the BSNL bill desk fails to complete a successful transaction. Instead of returning the money to Paytm they had to adjust the money and make efforts for a successful transaction. Think about the devotion of the staff of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited as the applicant had made a complaint on the public grievance portal but they did not take it seriously and preferred to return the money to the Paytm which is showing their dereliction to duty and non-devotion to the services. One day the Government of India will declare Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited as non-performing assets of the government and will invite bids from investors to sell it. At that time these staff will stage dharna and demonstrations only and will cry before the people of this country. Such negative practices are causing them to run in loss to the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited.

If the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited was not interested to provide its services then why did it request for the amount rupees 1515 as annual fee for the service 2GB data per day.

Whether it is not reflecting the anarchy in the working of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited Mirzapur which did not provide the services even after the payment of required fee.

Sometimes I think that staff of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited are themselves not interested in doing the services of the company operated by the government of India. They are indirectly provoking the government to do the privatisation of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited.

Whether it is not surprising that after the payment of huge amount as service charges they did not resume the services and causing a lot of loss of the consumer not only financially, but also mental torture is being tolerated by the applicant.

Please direct the concerned personnel to take appropriate steps as soon as possible to provide the services as required to the consumer.

Let them tell the applicant the reason for not providing services immediately after completion of the purchase of the services for 1 year by paying rupees 1515 to the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited through Paytm.

Appropriate action must be taken in the matter against wrongdoers.

निसंदेह आपका कहना सत्य है कि रिचार्ज हो गया है किंतु जब पहले दिन रिचार्ज किया गया तो फेल हो गया। वह पैसा दूसरे दिन लौट कर आया और प्रार्थी द्वारा पुनः रिचार्ज किया गया फिर फेल हो गया। वह पैसा पुनः लौट कर आया 24 घंटे बाद उसके पश्चात प्रार्थी द्वारा वीजा कार्ड से रिचार्ज का भुगतान किया गया तब जाकर रिचार्ज सफल हुआ क्या यही व्यवस्था है इसी को सुशासन कहते हैं। श्रीमान जी क्या भारत संचार निगम लिमिटेड इसी तरह का पेमेंट सिस्टम बनाया है जो बार-बार फेल होता है। Undoubtedly your saying is true that recharge has been done but when it was recharged on the first day it failed. The money came back on the second day and was recharged again by the applicant and then failed. That money returned again after 24 hours, after that the recharge was paid by the applicant through Visa card, then the recharge was successful, is this the system, this is called good governance. Sir, has Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited made a such payment system which fails again and again.
