Sir , I have recharged two BSNL mobile numbers. Which are as follows . Mobile number 9336252631 and mobile number 9794760348. The applicant has done the recharge of 1515 denomination which validity exist for 1 year. It is most unfortunate that this recharge is not showing in the BSNL care app and BSNL care app is not showing the current status of the recharge and data uses. Some screen shots taken from the BSNL care app is attached to the grievance in the PDF form. Honourable sir may take a glance after attached PDF documents to the grievance to be apprised with the current position. Sir with such behaviour of the BSNL care app the applicant is in the state of dilemma because the applicant cannot know what is the current status of the recharge. Honourable sir this is the state of utter confusion because BSNL care app is always showing zero data status.
