With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.

1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that  51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;

(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;

 

(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.

2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that the applicant made repeated attempts to submit following R.T.I. application but failed in the last step because of the error in the website. 

An application under subsection 1 of section 6 of the right to information act 2005 to seek the information concerned with the public property in the village Bihsara Khurd,, pargana kantit, tahsil Sadar, district Mirzapur.

1-Honourable tehsildar Sadar may take the perusal of the fourth page of the attached document to this RTI application which is the public property detail of the revenue village Bihsara khurd.

Khata number- 119, khasra number 71, area of the land 0.1010 hectare, report of the revenue inspector- no encroachment

Please provide the paimaish and location of the aforementioned public plot.

2-Khata number- 119, khasra number 89, area of the land 0.1390 hectare, report of the revenue inspector- no encroachment

Please provide the paimaish and location of the aforementioned public plot.

3-Khata number- 119, khasra number 155, area of the land 0.3790 hectare, report of the revenue inspector- no encroachment

Please provide the paimaish and location of the aforementioned public plot.

4-Khata number- 119, khasra number 21, area of the land 0.0510 hectare, report of the revenue inspector- no encroachment

Please provide the paimaish and location of the aforementioned public plot.

5- Please provide the detail of the random cross checking if made by any of the following officers in regard to the aforementioned revenue village.

1-sub divisional magistrate Sadar.

2-chief revenue officer Mirzapur

3-district magistrate Mirzapur

Also made available the report as required under the law if any of the aforementioned officers visited the aforementioned revenue village.

There is no public land any more in the revenue village because the entire land has been sold by the staff of Tehsil Sadar. Vide attached document to this grievance.
3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that the applicant had already made an attempt to submit this RTI Application on the RTI portal but it did not work. For details visit the following link.

There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.
