Correspondence detail of the information seeker is as follows Ashok Kumar Maurya S/o Murlidhar Maurya Village - Bihsara khurd Post office- Bihasara Bazar distt- Mirzapur 231303 Uttar Pradesh, Thana Gigna The public information officer in the office of sub divisional magistrate Sadar may provide the following information to the information Seeker within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection one of section 7 of the right to information act 2005. 1-Honourable tehsildar Sadar may take the perusal of the fourth page of the attached document to this RTI application which is the public property detail of the revenue village Bihsara khurd. Khata number- 119, khasra number 71, area of the land 0.1010 hectare, report of the revenue inspector- no encroachment Please provide the paimaise and location of the aforementioned public plot. 2-Khata number- 119, khasra number 89, area of the land 0.1390 hectare, report of the revenue inspector- no encroachment Please provide the paimise and location of the aforementioned public plot. 3-Khata number- 119, khasra number 155, area of the land 0.3790 hectare, report of the revenue inspector- no encroachment Please provide the paimise and location of the aforementioned public plot. 4-Khata number- 119, khasra number 21, area of the land 0.0510-hectare, report of the revenue inspector- no encroachment Please provide the paimise and location of the aforementioned public plot. 5- Please provide the detail of the random cross checking if made by any of the following officers in regard to the aforementioned revenue village. 1-sub divisional magistrate Sadar. 2-chief revenue officer Mirzapur 3-district magistrate Mirzapur Also made available the report as required under the law if any of the aforementioned officers visited the aforementioned revenue village. ReplyDeleteIt is quite obvious that ongoing gram Pradhan of the village panchayat Bihasra Khurd has not carried out any development activities in the village panchayat and when villagers ask her then she says that government is not providing any money/fund to the village panchayat to carry out any developmental works in the village panchayat.
