Jigana police, district-Mirzapur have also made failed attempt to implicate my son under false cases.
The matter concerns the police atrocity and grassroot violation of the human rights violation not only Aman Singh but also family members which was humiliated by the police team.
The matter concerns the life and liberty of a person so public information officer in the office of superintendent of police may provide the information to the information seeker within 24 hours as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the right to information act 2005.
आज जिगना पुलिस मेरे घर आई और मेरे बड़े लड़के मोहन सिंह के बारे में पूछताछ किया ।और मेरे यह बताने पर कि मेरा बड़ा लड़का मोहन सिंह घर पर नहीं है पुलिस द्वारा मेरे छोटे लड़के अमन सिंह को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया । महोदय क्या यह न्याय संगत है। बिना किसी अपराध के बिना किसी कारण के उस व्यक्ति को गिरफ्तार किया जाए क्योंकि वह किसी और के बारे में पूछताछ कर रही है उसे वह व्यक्ति ना मिले तो वह उसके छोटे भाई को गिरफ्तार कर ले दबाव बनाने के लिए क्या यह मानवाधिकारों का उल्लंघन नहीं है ।
Today Jigna police came to my house and inquired about my elder son Mohan Singh. And after I told that my elder son Mohan Singh is not at home my younger son Aman Singh was arrested by the police. Sir, is it fair Arrest that person without any reason without any crime because police is inquiring about someone else if police does not find that person then she should arrest his younger brother to create undue pressure, is it not a violation of human rights?
1- Police may provide the reason and cause of arresting my younger son Aman Singh while it was making inquiry about my elder son Mohan Singh at 2:00 a.m. in the night.
2-Public information officer may provide the name and posting details of the concerned police personnel of the team which came at 2:00 a.m. in the night at the door of the information seeker and making enquiry about my elder son Mohan Singh.
3-Public information officer in the office of superintendent of police district-Mirzapur may provide the copy of the sanction later of senior rank officer which means circle officer if any permission granted the to the police team to search my house in the night at 2:00 a.m..
4-Concerned police team hurling abuses on the applicant and family members please provide the reason of it.
5-The applicant is opening the Pandora box of the jigna police for 2 years whether the aforementioned atrocity is the consequent of that act.
Jigana police may provide the number of criminal cases which has been fabricated by the jigana police on my younger son Aman Singh. The case details year wise maybe provided to the information seeker.
Again, information Seeker is quoting subsection one of section 7 of the right to information act 2005 which ensures to provide information to the information seeker within 24 hours if it concerns to the life and liberty of a person.
