* Description of Information Sought An application under article 51A of the constitution of India on behalf of my father Gulabdhar Maurya Son of late Amarnath Maurya resident of village and post Lohiya Talab district Mirzapur to make enquiry regarding the compliance of the endorsement order passed by the Honourable sub divisional magistrate Sadar Mirzapur 28 September 2021. This order was addressed to the station house officer Kotwali Katra district Mirzapur quite obvious from the first page of the attached documents. Sir, the first page of the attachment attached with this R.T.I. application is the complaint letter written by the father of the applicant Gulabdhar Maurya to the Deputy District Magistrate i.e. sub divisional magistrate Sadar Mirzapur in PDF format and the second and third pages attached with this attachment are the details of the land attached by the applicant. There is a document from which it is clear that the claim of the applicant is completely confirmed, and the land mafia does not have any documents related to the land, if there are documents, then both Tehsil Sadar and Mirzapur police should present them in their report because there is no document, so in the eyes they will not submit any documents. The most important fact is that the Lekhpal Rahul Jadaun, whose mobile number is 7237018737, is himself a firm measurer and that firm measure has not yet been submitted by him to the Deputy District Magistrate, due to which, according to him, there is delay because the Lekhpal They are very friendly and polite in conversation but the matter is pending since 1 year 2 months, all are honest to say that there should be some progress, but still there is something lacking, it seems that the applicant is being made to run more.
State Public Information Officer in the office of sub divisional magistrate Sadar may provide the following information to the information seeker within time as stipulated under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005.
1-Copy of the action taken report on the representation of father Gulabdhar Maurya Son of late Amarnath Maurya dated 27 September 2021 which was endorsed to house officer Kotwali Katra district Mirzapur on 28 September 2021 by sub divisional magistrate Sadar.
2-Copy of the report submitted by the Lekhpal Rahul Jadaun, whose mobile number is 7237018737 in the office of sub divisional magistrate Sadar under section 24 as pai mise was done by him.
3-The land mafia does not have any documents related to the land, if any, then provide information regarding the document and copy of the document which prove their claims.
