It is quite obvious that an application under subsection one of section 6 of the right to information act 2005 had been submitted by the Tantrik K. P. Singh to provide information and the office of managing director forwarded the matter to your office to provide the information when you did not provide the information tantrik K. P. Singh submitted the appeal and that appeal was forwarded to superintending engineer but that appeal was also overlooked. Appellant was also informed about those communications by the office of managing director Purvanchal Vidyut vitran Nigam limited and those communications are attached to this complaint. If you are really honest why are you overlooking the communications of office of managing director Purvanchal Vidyut vitran Nigam limited? Thus you are not only overlooking the direction of the senior rank staff but also violating the provisions of right to information act 2005 which is a mockery of the law of land. Whether in your eyes to pursue the path of lawlessness is the honesty. Undoubtedly entire problems are alive because of your egoistic nature. As a departmental head you ever think that why 40 meter wires left open by the concerned staff. Hear fundamental question is that why concerned staff left the 40m aluminium wire open even when they covered entire open wire by replacing the open wire by the cable in the entire Surekapuram Colony? Here raised question does not concern to remove open wire but concerns with deep-rooted corruption, arbitrariness and tyranny in the working of the public authority Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited. Since the last year, in various communications, subordinates of executive engineer EDD II informed the applicant that as soon as revamp will commence, the open wire will be removed but right now newly posted executive engineer denied removing the 40 metres open wire which is not only illegal but against the setup standards of dealings prescribed to public staff. The demand of the applicant is to carry out an enquiry into the matter of why the 10 metres wires were left open by the concerned staff. Undoubtedly, there was a plan to replace the entire open Aluminium wires with the cables but they left 40 metres because of their corrupt dealings. Whether it does not reflect the deep-rooted corruption in the working of Executive Engineer EDD II ipso facto? Whether such deep-rooted corruption in government can be addressed as good governance as a number of occasions done by Yogi Adityanath and Prime Minister Narendra Damodar Modi. It is quite obvious that Executive Engineer EDD II, Superintending Engineer and Chief Engineer of division Mirzapur repeatedly overlooked the directions of the managing director, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited Varanasi which is ridiculous and quite obvious from the attached documents to the grievance. Neither they are providing information nor redressing the grievances is the matter of main concern. The factual position is that sought information concerns corruption in the working of the public authority, so the public information officer is running away. you may direct an inquiry into the matter so that truth may come out. We need honesty in the department which is feasible only when there maybe transparency and accountabi
