आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय-पुराने सफाई नायक झब्बू लाल जी पहले विनोद जी को रोकते थे हमारी गली की सफाई करने से। जब प्रार्थी द्वारा श्रीमान जी से अनुरोध किया गया तो उन्होंने विनोद जी को रोकना बंद कर दिया था। किंतु नये सफाई नायक मनीष जी द्वारा विनोद जी को इस गली की सफाई करने से रोका जा रहा है जो किसी भी तरह से उचित नहीं है कृपया प्रकरण को सारगर्भित से तरीके से हल करने का प्रयास करें नहीं तो अगले प्रार्थना पत्र का इंतजार करें।

But Vinod ji is being stopped by the new cleaning leader Manish ji from cleaning this street which is not fair in any way please try to solve the issue in a logistic way otherwise wait for the next prayer letter.

Earlier it was decided that concerned staff of the municipality will sweep the lane daily but it is most unfortunate he has no time to clean the lane even in one week is the matter of main concern for us. I think that if the concerned supervisor will not keep his promise and will not remain sensitive to its duties what can be expected from his subordinates quite obvious from the laxity and insensitivity of the concerned staff. Undoubtedly a dog remains faithful to its master and redeem its few chapattis by rendering the services to master and keep alert vigil of the articles of the household but think about those who are not pursuing duties even after drawing huge remuneration from the public exchequer.
श्रीमान जी मोदी सरकार का सफाई अभियान का क्या होगा जब आप लोग हफ्ते हफ्ते भर गलियों की सफाई नहीं करेंगे यह तो बहुत ही कष्ट दाई बात है श्रीमान जी मंत्री मुख्यमंत्री और प्रधानमंत्री को झाड़ू उठाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है आवश्यकता इस बात की है कि तंत्र कैसे सुधारें जिनको सफाई करना चाहिए वह सफाई करें जिनको और काम करने हैं वह और काम करें जब तंत्र दुर्व्यवस्था का शिकार रहेगा तो फिर कुछ नहीं होने वाला है। सुशासन प्रिंट और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया के चिल्लाने से नहीं आती बल्कि सुशासन शासन व्यवस्था के कार्यशैली में झलकना चाहिए किंतु यहां तो हफ्ते हफ्ते भर सफाई होती ही नहीं फिर कहां है सुशासन सुशासन का मतलब है मूलभूत सुविधाएं सामान्य व्यक्ति तक पहुंचे किंतु यहां तो मनमाना है। प्रार्थी का सविनय अनुरोध है कि सफाई कर्मचारी विनोद जी को इतना जरूर मुक्त कर दें कि वह हमारे सामने की गली की सफाई कर दिया करें अन्यथा प्रार्थी को बहुत ही कष्ट होता है घर के सामने गंदगी देखकर

प्राप्त फीडबैक -दिनांक14-01-2023 को फीडबैक:-श्रीमान जी क्या यह व्यवस्था उत्तम व्यवस्था है जिसमें शिकायत का निस्तारण कराने के लिए उस दिन झाड़ू लगा दिया जाता है और यदि शिकायत ना किया जाए तो स्वयं झाड़ू लगाने नहीं आते हैं। श्रीमान जी क्या कर्तव्य का पालन शिकायत के पश्चात किया जाता है। श्रीमान जी प्रार्थी यह जानना चाहता है कि नगर पालिका हमारे गली की सफाई हफ्ते में कितने दिन करवाएगा क्योंकि आंख्या में तो यह नगरपालिका हमेशा लिखती है कि वह रोज सफाई करवाती है गलियों की किंतु यथार्थ में वह संभव ही नहीं है। श्रीमान जी नगर पालिका में स्टाफ की कमी नहीं है किंतु कार्य करने वालों की कमी है। श्रीमान जी 10 पर्सेंट कर्मचारी तो विभागीय अधिकारियों के यहां काम करते हैं और 10 प्रतिशत कर्मचारी नेता है उनसे कोई काम ले ही नहीं सकता नहीं तो यह स्ट्राइक हो जाएगी। शेष बचे 80% और 80% में कितने कर्मचारी काम करते हैं कितने नहीं करते हैं इस भारत देश में सभी जानते हैं। इसलिए जिम्मेदार अधिकारी यह तय करें कि हमारे गली की सफाई हफ्ते में कितने दिन होगी और यदि उस दिन नहीं हुआ तो हम अपनी शिकायत प्रस्तुत करेंगे। सरकार तनख्वाह देती है तो काम करने के लिए घर बैठने के लिए थोड़ी नहीं।
