श्रीमान जी उपरोक्त शिकायत की जांच उपनिरीक्षक विजेंद्र गिरी मोबाइल नंबर 94513 98018 द्वारा किया गया। उनकी जांच रिपोर्ट इस शिकायत के साथ संलग्न संलग्नको मे प्रथम पेज है। उनकी जांच का सारांश इस प्रकार है। सादर अवगत कराना है कि आवेदक उपरोक्त के प्रार्थना पत्र की जांच मुझ उपनिरीक्षक द्वारा किया गया तो ज्ञात हुआ कि आवेदक उपरोक्त व विपक्षी गढ़ आपस में सगे भतीजा वह चाचा हैं। विपक्षी गण द्वारा माननीय न्यायालय उप जिला मजिस्ट्रेट मिर्जापुर के समक्ष भू राजस्व संहिता की धारा 116 के अंतर्गत बटवारा का वाद दाखिल किया गया था जिसमें आवेदक द्वारा आपत्ति दायर किया गया था । आवेदक का आरोप है कि उसकी आपत्ति का संज्ञान ना लेकर विपक्षी गण के बाद में एकपक्षीय आदेश कर दिया गया है। आवेदक जिससे क्षुब्ध होकर शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र दिया है। आवेदक के प्रार्थना पत्र का संबंध पुलिस विभाग से ना होकर तहसील सदर मिर्जापुर से है और श्रीमान जी से सविनय अनुरोध है कि प्रार्थना पत्र की जांच संबंधित से कराने की कृपा करें।
Sir, the above complaint was investigated by Sub-Inspector Vijendra Giri mobile number 94513 98018. Their investigation report is the first page in the enclosures attached with this complaint. The summary of their investigation is as follows. It is to be informed with respect that the aforementioned application of the above-mentioned applicant was examined by me, the sub-inspector, it was found that the applicant mentioned above, and the opposite party are real nephews and uncles. A suit for partition was filed by the opposite party under section 116 of the Land Revenue Code before the Honourable Sub-divisional Magistrate, Mirzapur, in which objection was filed by the applicant. The applicant alleges that without taking cognizance of his objection, an ex-parte order has been passed in favour of the opposition party. The applicant being aggrieved has given the complaint applications. The application of the applicant is not related to the police department but to Tehsil Sadar Mirzapur and it is a humble request to honourable sir that please get the application investigated from the concerned.
श्रीमान जी क्या इस रिपोर्ट के आधार पर शिकायत को निस्तारित माना जा सकता है जबकि खुद जांच अधिकारी महोदय यह कह रहे हैं कि वे मामले में जांच करने में सक्षम नहीं है। इसकी जांच उच्च स्तरीय अधिकारी द्वारा किया जाना चाहिए और मामले में एक तार्किक आख्या प्रस्तुत होनी चाहिए क्योंकि विवाद का संबंध एक गजटेड ऑफिसर से है। श्रीमान जी यहां पर उपजिलाधिकारी सदर मिर्जापुर की अखंडता संदेह के घेरे में है जिससे न्याय पर प्रश्नचिन्ह लग रहा है ऐसे में जांच परम आवश्यक है।
Sir, on the basis of this report, the complaint can be considered disposed of, while the investigating officer himself is saying that he is not able to investigate the matter. It should be investigated by a higher-level officer and a logical explanation should be presented in the matter as the dispute relates to a gazetted officer. Sir, here the integrity of the sub-divisional magistrate Sadar Mirzapur is under doubt, due to which there is a question mark on justice, in such a situation, investigation is absolutely necessary.
The anomalies and irregularities committed by S.D.M. Sadar during delivery of justice cannot be overlooked by the Yogi and Modi government, quite evident from the attached document to the grievance. Whether moral turpitude in delivery of justice can be tolerated in this largest democracy in the world by a magistrate working as arbitrator of a case in a quasi-judicial matter. Everyone knows that wrong is committed by a human because of greed of illegal gratification is accepted universal fact so if the substantial evidence available of travesty of justice, then it is obligatory duty of the responsible government functionaries

Sir, the case is related to corruption while doing judicial work, in which a one-sided decision has been given by the Deputy District Magistrate/ Sub divisional magistrate Sadar by intentionally making the letter disappear. That's why the case of corruption against the Deputy District Magistrate/Sub divisional magistrate Sadar is completely proved. Sir, a high-level inquiry should be conducted into the matter and action should be taken as per rules in this matter of corruption. Sir, the case is sometimes sent to the sub-inspector for investigation and sometimes it is sent to Lekhpal for investigation, all of them are afraid of the sub-district magistrate / Sub divisional magistrate Sadar, so what will they investigate and what action will be taken according to the rules? If the work is to be done honestly, first of all the First Information Report should be registered in the matter and only then it should be investigated. So that accountability may be fixed.
