Airtel is not providing user data details and used data like Jio also Jio provides double network speed in Rs.181 and Airtel is charging Rs.312

Local & STD calls 2.5p/sec National video calls 5p/sec DATA 50p/MB SMS local Rs.1 STD Rs.1.5 ISD Rs.5 

National Roaming Local 80p/min STD Rs. 1.15/min SMS local 25p STD 38p.

And in recharge of Rs.181/- you will get the 1 GB data per day for 30 days on existing validity.

An application on behalf of my wife Preeti Singh under Article 51A of the constitution of India. The matter concerns the mobile number 9794103433.

The matter must be referred to telecom regulatory authority for proper action against Airtel company as indulged in the theft of internet data by not providing used data details to users


Honourable sir the service provider Airtel company is charging the greatest tariff from the consumers and providing third grade services which is not justified. If the service provider has charged rupees 181 to provide 1GB data per day then this subscription must be displayed in the account of Preeti Singh. Whether it is not arbitrary dealings of the service provider Airtel company.


Honourable Sir, it is fundamental duty of the applicant under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to make enquiry to the accountable staff of the service provider Airtel company in regard to following points.


1-According to consumer law, price must be visible on the consumer product of a company but data detail is not available in the account of Preeti Singh in the Airtel app, quite obvious from the first page of the attached document. Moreover, it always shows 0 MB left, BUY DATA. If we move to the bottom, it shows the recommended product, no daily data limit, and enjoys 75 GB data for endless scrolling.

Rs. 499 UPGRADE TO POSTPAID. Whether it is not misleading.


2-According to the second and third page of the attached PDF document to the grievance, two recharges made by the aggrieved applicant i.e. recharge of Rs.181 on 06 Jan 2023 and recharge of Rs.131 on 23 Dec 2022.

Later recharge was activated by Airtel on 06 Jan 2023 in the night. Bank messages were not received because of carelessness of Airtel.


3-Jio provides 30 days validity and 30 GB data and two times network speed than Airtel and also provides used data details of every day.

While Airtel does not provide current data status in the account reflects theft of internet data by Airtel.

श्रीमान जी रिचार्ज को 6 जनवरी को एक्टिवेट किया गया है उससे पहले जो भी s.m.s. बैंक के द्वारा भेजे गए वह मोबाइल पर नहीं आए जोकि गलत कार्यशैली को एयरटेल कंपनी के दर्शाता है। श्रीमान जी क्या कंपनी द्वारा इस बात की जांच की गई कि जब Rs.131 की सर्विस एक्टिवेट थी तो s.m.s. क्यों नहीं मोबाइल पर आए? श्रीमान जी एयरटेल थैंक्स एप एयरटेल कंपनी का उपभोक्ताओं को धोखा देने वाला है यह कोई भी जानकारी उपभोक्ताओं के हित की नहीं देता है इसकी कार्यशैली रहस्यमई है इस एयरटेल थैंक्स एप पर सरकार को प्रतिबंध लगाना चाहिए। श्रीमान जी शिकायत में लगाए गए आख्या और शिकायत की विषय वस्तु में कोई संबंध नहीं है। यह स्पष्ट है कि एयरटेल कंपनी द्वारा एक असंगत बिल्कुल बेकार आख्या प्रस्तुत की गई है। जिसका शिकायत के विषय वस्तु से कोई तालमेल नहीं है। यह एयरटेल स्टाफ की अयोग्यता को प्रदर्शित कर रहा है।

Sir, recharge has been activated on 6th January before that whatever s.m.s. on the mobile sent by the bank did not come which shows the wrong working style of Airtel company. Sir, has it been checked by the company that when the service of Rs.131 was activated, the s.m.s. why not came on mobile? Whether it was not the part of cryptic dealings of the Airtel company? This service was activated by the Airtel company on 6th December as mentioned above. Sir, Airtel Thanks App is deceiving the consumers of Airtel company, it does not provide any information for the benefit of the consumers, its functioning is mysterious, the government should ban this Airtel Thanks App. 

श्रीमान जी एयरटेल थैंक्स एप कह रहा है कि आपके अकाउंट में कोई डाटा नहीं है आप 181 का पैक पुनः रिचार्ज करें क्या यह धोखेबाजी नहीं है? कंपनी का जब वह डाटा दे रहा है तो डाटा दिखाई क्यों नहीं पड़ रहा है? और मुख्य बात तो यह है कि जो कुछ भी सर्विस एयरटेल कंपनी दे रहा है उसका यूजर डिटेल भी उसे उपलब्ध कराना चाहिए किंतु एयरटेल कंपनी डाटा चोरी करने वाला एक सेवा प्रदाता कंपनी है इसलिए वह ऐसा कभी नहीं कर पाएगा। 

Sir, airtel thanks app is saying that there is no data in your account please recharge the 181 pack is it not cheating? When he is giving the data of the company then why the data is not visible? And the main thing is that whatever service Airtel company is providing, its user details should also be made available to him, but Airtel company is a service provider company that steals data, so it will never be able to do so. 

श्रीमान जी शिकायत में लगाए गए आख्या और शिकायत की विषय वस्तु में कोई संबंध नहीं है। यह स्पष्ट है कि एयरटेल कंपनी द्वारा एक असंगत बिल्कुल बेकार आख्या Sir, there is no relation between the statement made in the complaint and the subject matter of the complaint. It is clear that an inconsistent absolutely worthless report has been presented by the Airtel company. Which has nothing to do with the subject matter of the complaint. This is showing incompetence of Airtel staff.
