This office memo was applied to curb the compensation of farmers whose crops where burnt due to short circuit during the Covid period. श्रीमान जी अधिशासी अभियंता विद्युत वितरण खंड द्वितीय मिर्जापुर एके सिंह उपरोक्त कार्यालय मेमो के आधार पर प्रार्थी दयानंद सिंह पुत्र शोभनाथ सिंह का छतिपूर्ति नहीं देना चाहते हैं श्रीमान जी उत्तर प्रदेश पावर कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड का उपरोक्त मेमो की तिथि 25 सितंबर 2021 है जबकि फसल जलने की तिथि 18 अप्रैल 2021 है और लेखपाल द्वारा प्रस्तुत रिपोर्ट दिनांक 15 जून 2021 है जिसको कानूनगो द्वारा अग्रसारित किया गया है 19 जून 2021 को अर्थात श्रीमान जी जिस सर्कुलर की बात की जा रही है वह बाद की तिथि का है श्रीमान जी क्या उपरोक्त मेमो को आधार बनाकर अधिशासी अभियंता विद्युत वितरण खंड द्वितीय श्रीमान एके सिंह द्वारा प्रार्थी दयानंद सिंह का क्षतिपूर्ति रोकना, मनमाना अवैध असंवैधानिक और तानाशाही प्रवृत्ति को नहीं दर्शाता क्या भ्रष्टाचार का कोई दूसरा उदाहरण होगा इनको जब हम भ्रष्टाचारी कहते हैं तो ए छन छना पङते हैं किंतु सच्चाई तो यह है कि यह किसी भी बात पर सही ढंग से जा ही नहीं रहे इनकी हर कार्यशैली भ्रष्टाचार से परिपूर्ण है इनको यह स्पष्ट करना चाहिए कि सितंबर और अप्रैल महीने के बीच कई महीने आते हैं और यदि यह क्षतिपूर्ति दे दी गई होती तो इस परिपत्र का आधार ही ना बनता है जिस परिपत्र के आधार पर क्षतिपूर्ति रोक रहे हैं Sir,, Executive Engineer Electricity Distribution Division II Mirzapur AK Singh does not want to give compensation to the applicant Dayanand Singh So Shobhnath Singh on the basis of the above office memo Sir, the date of the above memo of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited is 25 September 2021 while the date of crop burning is 18 April 2021 and the report submitted by Lekhpal is dated 15 June 2021 which has been forwarded by Kanungo on 19 June 2021 i.e. Sir, The circular being referred to is of a later date. श्रीमान जी कोविड के समय बहुत बड़ी संख्या में लोग मरे किंतु नागरिक उसे महामारी मानकर संतोष कर लिए किंतु जिसमें सरकार की लापरवाही सीधे दिखाई पड़ रही है उसको जनता कैसे स्वीकार करें। कितना गंभीर प्रकरण है जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर अधिशासी अभियंता विद्युत वितरण खंड द्वितीय द्वारा मनमाना रिपोर्ट लगाकर शिकायतों को बंद कर दिया जा रहा है फिर भी सरकार ऐसे चुप है जैसे कुछ हो ही नहीं रहा है देश के कानून व्यवस्था का मखौल उड़ाया जा रहा है किंतु कानून व्यवस्था का सम्मान भी वही करते हैं जिनकी नजर में कानून व्यवस्था का कुछ सम्मान होता है।
