* Prayer or Relief Sought Registration Number-DMOMR/R/2022/60100, Name-Anil Kumar Maurya, Date of Filing-13/12/2022, Status-REQUEST DISPOSED OF as on 18/01/2023, View Document Sir, PIO has played cunning role because he did not attach document quite obvious from the error message. The Error message is as follows. An Error Occurred During Viewing the Document or Document is Not Available. Then it provided the option to close the Tab. The role of the public information officer is cryptic and mysterious. Here concerned staff of the Tehsil Sadar are acting as the inscrutable face of sphinx. At present they are playing the role of double agent. If they had not supported the applicant, why had they bargained with the applicant? If you are really interested in providing information to the information seeker, then you have to send a hard copy of the attached document. I think that for a hard copy, you will say that you have sent the hard copy by ordinary post which will never reach the information seeker as set up practice in your department. The following information has been sought by the information seeker from the public information officer/ Tehsildar Sadar. State Public Information Officer in the office of sub divisional magistrate Sadar may provide the following information to the information seeker within time as stipulated under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005.
1-Copy of the action taken report on the representation of father Gulabdhar Maurya Son of late Amarnath Maurya dated 27 September 2021 which was endorsed to house officer Kotwali Katra district Mirzapur on 28 September 2021 by sub divisional magistrate Sadar.
2-Copy of the report submitted by the Lekhpal Rahul Jadaun, whose mobile number is 7237018737 in the office of sub divisional magistrate Sadar under section 24 as pai mise was done by him.
3-The land mafia does not have any documents related to the land, if any, then provide information regarding the document and copy of the document which prove their claims.
Sir, Tehsildar Sadar has not furnished access to information any of the aforementioned information. Such cunning tricks are adopted to withhold information from information seekers so that corrupt deeds may not be exposed in the public domain.
The matter concerning the grabbing of the land invites the due attention of the police under monitoring of the Tehsil but cannot proceed forward because of the cryptic role like double agent. The applicant is not so prosperous and demanding legitimate rights and grabbers can afford anything in the matter. Undoubtedly, the applicant has been knocking the doors of accountable staff since last year. Now they are running away from accountability.
