Website of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited has been dysfunctional for many days and consumers are facing difficulties in paying bills. Undoubtedly at present, electricity bills can be paid online from the website of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited, but it is time consuming and uncertain to succeed. Yesterday the matter was published in the Amar Ujala daily, but it seems that senior rank staff of the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited are not serious enough to resolve the issue concerning public interest. The electricity bill payment cannot be made through Google pay, Amazon pay, Phone pay and Paytm etc yet. Following a complaint made by the applicant on the Jansunwai portal of Uttar Pradesh unfortunately could not reap any benefit. After all, the applicant achieved a breakthrough today by submitting two electricity bills after spending two hours on the website of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited. आवेदनकर्ता का विवरण शिकायत संख्या -40019923000746 आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singh विषय-श्रीमान जी प्रार्थी द्वारा कई दिनों से बिजली का बिल जमा करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है किंतु उत्तर प्रदेश पावर कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड का वेबसाइट सही ढंग से काम नहीं कर रहा है जोकि इस शिकायत के साथ संलग्न स्क्रीनशॉट से स्पष्ट है। श्रीमान जी यदि प्रार्थी कार्य के गुणवत्ता की बात करें तो वेबसाइट का जिसके द्वारा राजस्व का कलेक्शन किया जाता है सही ढंग से कार्य न करना क्या अच्छी गुणवत्ता है। श्रीमान जी आपको कोई प्रमाण तो देना नहीं है सिर्फ मुंह से कहना है हर चीज सही है किंतु यहां तो कुछ भी सही नहीं दिख रहा है। श्रीमान जी आप नागरिकों के प्रति जवाबदेह हैं और आपको बताना चाहिए कि आपकी वेबसाइट कब तक सुधर जाएगी जिससे कि लोग अपना विद्युत बिल जमा कर सकें। श्रीमान जी जब आपका वेबसाइट सही ढंग से काम नहीं कर रहा था तो विद्युत बिल उपलब्ध कराने की क्या आवश्यकता थी अर्थात अपने विद्युत बिल सिर्फ लोगों को परेशान करने के लिए ही उपलब्ध कराया है जिससे जो समय से बिल जमा करते हैं वह तनावग्रस्त रहे। Sir, the applicant has been trying to deposit electricity bills for many days but the website of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited is not working properly which is clear from the screenshot attached with this complaint. Sir, if the applicant talks about the quality of the work, then what is the good quality of the website through which the collection of revenue is made is not working properly. Sir, you do not have to give any proof, you just have to say with your mouth that everything is right, but nothing is looking right here. Sir you are answerable to the citizens, and you should tell them by when your website will be improved so that people can pay their electricity bills. Sir, when your website was not working properly, then what was the need to provide electricity bills, that is, you have made your electricity bills available only to harass people, so that those who deposit bills on time may remain stressed.
श्रीमान जी वेबसाइट के साथ छेड़खानी खुद विभाग के लोग करते हैं क्योंकि विद्युत बिल गलत ढंग से देते हैं और फिर उसे सुधारने के नाम पर वेबसाइट के साथ छेड़खानी करते हैं। श्रीमान जी विभाग में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही का पूर्ण रूप से अभाव है यही कारण है कि विभाग में भ्रष्टाचार पूर्ण रूप से पुष्पित और पल्लवित हो रहा है और विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी इस को रोकना भी नहीं चाहते हैं बल्कि जहां तक संभव हो सकता है इस को संवर्धित ही करते हैं। श्रीमान जी इस धमकी गड़बड़िया रोकी जाएं नहीं तो विभाग का साख जनता के बीच गड़बड़ हो रहा है
