Grievance Description
Real estate fraud, land mafia having the patronage of the staff of Tehsil Phoolpur, district Prayagraj, looting the innocent and gullible people in the broad daylight. Yogi Aditya Nath Government is mute spectator of it.
The matter concerns the working of the Sub Divisional Magistrate Tehsil-Phoolpur, District-Prayag Raj, Uttar Pradesh
Land mafia took the price of land and concerned officers took their respective shares but purchasers of the land may take shelter of the court as suggested by the Tehsildar Phoolpur quite obvious from his report. This is not a dispute between two individuals but a cheating of Land Mafia with thousands of victims who were cheated by land mafia by colluding with the government functionaries.
Yogi Aditya Nath government claims to take action against land mafia but the factual position is that land mafias are active in his regime under patronage of his own subordinates which must be investigated by the team of honest public staff so that thousands of people who spent their life savings may get justice.

1-Concerned matter is cheating by the Land mafia to innocent and gullible people at the large scale in caucus with the administrative machinery.
2-Our great Chief minister most honourable yogi Aditya Nath ji has taken firm resolve to eradicate the entire mafia including land mafia from the land of Uttar Pradesh.
3-For the eradication of land mafia, our chief has ordered the administration to make separate website and website has been made reflects his resolve against land mafia.
4-Here this question arises that how can land mafia be active in the state of Uttar Pradesh in the regime of Yogi Aditya Nath sir ipso facto?
5-Whether in the state administration, bureaucracy is more effective than executives and executives are puppets in the hand of bureaucracy because of corruption? Most of the middle class is being exploited by the land mafia protected by the white collar criminals but the Yogi government hesitates in taking action against them because of their influence in the politics and administrative machinery.

महोदय बहुत ही आश्चर्य है कि प्रार्थी द्वारा शुरू में ही यह लिखा गया है कि प्रकरण का संबंध उपजिलाधिकारी तहसील फूलपुर डिस्ट्रिक्ट प्रयागराज से है और यह प्रकरण लैंड माफिया के कृत्य से संबंधित है महोदय आप यह बताएं कि यह किस तरह से उपयुक्त है कि जो प्रकरण उपजिलाधिकारी फूलपुर जनपद प्रयागराज से संबंधित हो उसको निस्तारण के लिए मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार उप जिलाधिकारी सदर जनपद जनपद मिर्जापुर को निस्तारण हेतु प्रेषित किया जाए जबकि प्रकरण प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय भारत सरकार से संबंधित है उनके द्वारा अग्रसारित है क्या प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय के पोर्टल पर प्रस्तुत किए गए प्रार्थना पत्रों का निस्तारण इसी तरह लापरवाही से किया जाता है उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा
