Grievance Description
According to the report of sub inspector Arjun Singh and sub inspector Chandra Prakash Singh attached as page 6 and page 5 respectively to this grievance, they restrained themselves from the matter by taking the recourse of the circular attached as page 1,2,3 and 4 to this grievance. Undoubtedly, the approach of the aforementioned two police officers is admirable. But thinking about the injustice done with the applicant by encroaching the private road of the applicant treating it as a public road by the opposite party by colluding with the contemporary police is still a matter of concern. Why police had interfered in the revenue matter by confining the applicant and her husband in Krishna Nagar police station, paved the way to opposite party to grab the private land of the applicant. Here the concerned police and the opposite party is guilty. Therefore action must be taken against them.
The matter concerns land grabbing of Kiran Singh W/O Mr. Narendra Pratap Singh Mobile number-8687593247, House number-569/146 B , Barabirwa, Police Station-Krishna Nagar, District- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh by the Land Mafia colluding with police personnel. Prayer-To register First Information Report against offenders and their companions and remove the illegal encroachments made on the road by them. Huge assets of police personnel colluding with the land mafia must be looked into thoroughly.
अपराधियों और उनके साथियों के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर उनके द्वारा सड़क पर किए गए अवैध अतिक्रमण को हटाया जाए. भू-माफिया से मिलीभगत करने वाले पुलिसकर्मियों की भारी संपत्ति की गहनता से जांच होनी चाहिए।

2-Manoj Solanki, sub inspector police chowki Aishbagh Lucknow
3-Landlord cum builder Amit Yadav
and 4-Land Mafia Vinod Yadav
The applicant is not satisfied with the arbitrary and inconsistent report submitted by the police in the following grievance. Please adopt a logistic approach in the matter to provide justice to the vulnerable applicant as the opposite party grabbed the private road of the applicant.
महोदय प्रकरण का संबंध पुलिस की मदद से प्रार्थी के निजी रास्ते पर अतिक्रमण करने से संबंधित है किंतु आप द्वारा गोल मटोल जवाब देकर प्रकरण को बंद कर दिया गया जिस पर प्रार्थी को आपत्ति है
पुलिस महानिदेशक, उ0प्र0 को निर्देश दिया जाता है कि इस संबंध में नया सर्कुलर जारी कर पुलिस अधिकारियों को पुलिस मुख्यालय द्वारा जारी पूर्व के सर्कुलरों की याद दिलाते हुए पुलिस कर्मियों को निजी विवादों में दखलअंदाजी करने से रोका जाए और इस सर्कुलर को अपने स्तर पर पूरी सख्ती से लागू करने का निर्देश दिया जाए। आज्ञा।
जांच करने वाले अधिकारी का नाम- उ0नि0 अर्जुन सिंह थाना कृष्णानगर लखनऊ जांच का सांराश शिकायती पत्र में जिन आरोपों / शिकायतों का उल्लेख किया गया है, उन पर बिन्दुवार आख्या- महोदय निवेदन है शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र की जांच मुझ उ0नि0 द्वारा की गयी तो आवेदिका का प्रकरण जमीन /रास्ते से सम्बन्धित विवाद का है जिसमें माननीय उच्च न्यायालय इलाहाबाद में दायर रिट (सी) संख्या-1266/223, प्रेमलता मौर्या बनाम उ0प्र0 राज्य व अन्य में पारित आदेश के अनुपालन के सम्बन्ध में श्रीमान पुलिस महानिदेशक उत्तर प्रदेश महोदय द्वारा जारी डीजी परिपत्र संख्या 10/2023 में भूमि विवाद/निजी व्यक्तियों की अचल सम्पत्ति के विवाद में दिशा-निर्देश जारी किया गया है आवेदिका का प्रकरण राजस्व विभाग से सम्बन्धित है अतः आवेदिका को अवगत कराना है कि कृपया राजस्व विभाग के सक्षम अधिकारी के समक्ष प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत कर अनुतोष प्राप्त करें
