The appellant submitted an RTI application on 24th February 2023 to seek information regarding enquiry carried by the TAC under four points. Which are as follows. PIO may provide following information.
1-Provide the cause of delay in forming a three members committee.
2-Provide the cause of procrastination in taking action on the outcome of divisional enquiry by D.P.R.O. and D.M. Jalaun.
3-Provide the copy of communications exchanged subsequently in the matter.
4-Provide Action taken report by divisional office on its outcome of enquiry as district administration is stood in the side of wrongdoers prima facie.

Commissioner ran away from prom providing information to the information seeker as it was more complicated in comparison to bargaining, consequently transferred RTI application to the district magistrate Jalaun. Status REQUEST TRANSFERRED TO OTHER PUBLIC AUTHORITY as on 04/03/2023

District magistrate Jalaun also preferred to run away from the complications of providing information in comparison to bargaining, consequently transferred RTI application to the department of Panchayati Raj.
