* Description of Information Sought An application under subsection 1 of section 6 of the right to information act 2005 on behalf of Rinku Tiwari son of Mr Man Narayan Tiwari village Sihari Madhaugarh development block Madhaugarh district Jalaun mobile number 7652060306.Short submissions of the matter are as follows.
1-The aggrieved applicant made the allegations of the irregularities and corruption in the developmental activities carried out by the public staff in the village panchayat Sihari Madhaugarh on 22nd November 2022 quite obvious from the first page of the attached PDF document.
2- The aforementioned application was supported by the affidavit made on a non judicial stamp of rupees 10 quite obvious from the second page of the attached document.
3-The third page of the attached file is the communication of the district Panchayat Raj officer Jalaun to the deputy director of the department of Panchayat in division Jhansi.The U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 (As amended up to date)Provided that where, in an enquiry held by such person and in such manner as may be prescribed, a Pradhan or is prima facie found to have committed financial and other irregularities such Pradhan or shall cease to exercise and perform the financial and administrative powers and functions, which shall, until he is exonerated of the charges in the final enquiry, be exercised and performed by a Committee consisting of three members of Gram Panchayat appointed by the State Government.
