Grievance Status for registration number : DEABD/E/2023/0011746 Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant Yogi M. P. Singh Date of Receipt 13/02/2023 Received By Ministry/Department Financial Services (Banking Division)Card member requested the bank not to make payment because the card member had been apprised with the suspensive activities of the cheaters but banking institution instead of showing favour to the customer stood in the row of the cheaters which was illegal as payment was by the credit card and it could be withhold by the bank on the request the aggrieved applicant CA Ravi Pratap Singh Mobile - 9769800294 legally. Still on this public platform, banking institutions have not adopted a cogent approach to resolve the problem but tried to escape  from the issue which is illegal. I think that concerned people may adopt a logistic approach in the matter. The matter concerns economic fraud must be dealt with by the iron hand by the government.
