Following is the report submitted by the concerned staff of the Government of India. Being an investigating agency, the mandate of SFIO does not include giving refund to the investors. Therefore, the complainant may be advised to approach the appropriate authority for the redressal of his grievance regarding refund of deposited money. The matter concerning with the cheating and unethical business by the Facebook India and concerned department of the Government of India is promoting it because of corruption. Can you tell me what is the job of investigating team? Facebook India is earning millions of rupees per month through the advertisement but there is no option off making complaint to the company by the citizens of this country who are paying the money for the advertisement. There is no telephone number, mobile number and executive emails on which aggrieved customers can make complaint to the Facebook India which is promoting cryptic corrupt business in this country. It is quite obvious that corruption is the core norm to carry out the business in this country. Whether you took the perusal of the contents of the grievance? Whatever detail the applicant has made available of the company that is not available on the internet and not registered with the central registrar of company. Whether it is not corruption and not cryptic dealing of doing the tax evasion. How can any company maybe allowed to do the business in corrupt manner as being done by the Facebook India? What type of investigating agency you are companies are proliferating its corrupt business? Such absurd report has been submitted by you instead of looking into the facts of complaint itself reflecting the negligence of the public authority to the grievances of the common people.

I want email address and URL of the aforementioned fraud company as demanded by the staff of consumer affairs and they closed my grievance of refund on that basis but such information is not available of the aforementioned company which is not refunding my remaining amount after suspending the advertisement even after my request. Invoice detail is attached to the grievance.
