Grievance Description
Police commissioner Prayagraj may take cognizance of the matter. Saurabh Singh was mercilessly beaten by offenders and S.H.O. MauAima instead of registering F.I.R. of the victim put him in a lockup and registered false cases against him as well as his father by misusing his post and power. The injuries are reflecting at the bodily organs of the victim as well as quite obvious from the medical examination reports of the victim carried out by the MauAima police itself at the Phoolpur primary health care centre by the government doctor attached to the petition. Police arrest the offenders on the spot.
Honourable commissioner Prayagraj, in general, no F.I.R. is registered by the police on the straight complaint of the victims. It is quite obvious that the police registered a case under section 151,107 and 116 of the criminal penal code on the direction of assistant commissioner of police, circle Phoolpur, Prayagraj on 01 March 2023.
On the same day, in the night at two minutes past 9 o clock, police registered six serious cases in the same matter under six serious sections of the Indian penal code not only against the victim Saurabh Singh who was in the lock up of the MauAima police but his father-Tej Bahadur Singh as well.
Saurabh Singh was mercilessly beaten who had gone to lodge FIR along with his father at Mauaima police station but instead of registering F.I.R., S.H.O. Mauaima put him in lockup but concerned thought that Saurabh still pressed them to lodge F.I.R. against offenders on contrary S.H.O. Mauaima registered F.I.R. against the victim and his father to teach them misuse of power by the police in order to teach a lesson to common people.
If police is really honest to duty, an impartial enquiry may be ordered to ensure the accountability of concerned police personnel and register a case under appropriate section of Indian penal code against offenders so that injustice done to the victim may be sorted out. Sir, this is a travesty of justice and reflection of anarchy in the working of the police. Please curb this anarchy through an impartial enquiry in the wide public interest.
S.H.O. Mauaima provided incomplete information in the matter of Saurabh Singh in approximately two months, his speed post was received on 27 April 2023.
3-Please provide a copy of the medical examination report of the medical test carried out in the primary health centre of the victim Saurabh Singh alias Rajan Singh son of Tej Bahadur Singh.
PIO did not provide the copy of the medical examination report of the victim by taking recourse as such documents can not be provided under Right to Information Act 2005. The PIO should know that whatever information can be provided by the public authority to the state legislature the same information can also be provided by the public authority to the information seeker. Thus denial of this point of information is illegal.
5-Provide the details of the police staff which arrested the victim Saurabh Singh alias Rajan Singh son of Tej Bahadur Singh village Saraijeet Rai urf pure Bhava police station Mauaima tehsil Phoolpur district Prayagraj.
S.H.O. ,police station, MauAima, Prayagraj did not provide any information of staff who arrested Saurabh Singh S/O Tej Bahadur Singh from site at Purebhawa. Because the police are stating false. S.H.O. MauAima is fabricating everything by sitting in his office. The need of the hour is to check his arbitrariness and tyranny promoting corruption.
6-S.H.O. says no article found in the possession of Surabh Singh S/O Tej Bahadur Singh yet he fabricated not only Saurabh Singh but his father as well under six sections of I.P.C. at the behest of the opposite party at two minutes past 9 O'clock in the night of 01 March 2023 including charges of theft. No F.I.R. is registered with permission of S.H.O. under advice of the Circle Officer if the offence is serious.
Father and Son had gone to lodge F.I.R. against the opposite party but who is apprised of cryptic deali
