As a 71 years old lady Shiv Kumari is still deprived of her investment to the following defaulter company. When will the company repay the dues of the Shiv Kumari? Vide attached document to the grievance.
If any Company fails to file its Annual Accounts and Annual Return within time specified under the relevant provisions of the Section 137 and Section 92 respectively, then, such default is an offence under the Act, 2013 and the ROC has power to issue a notice for such default and may launch a prosecution against the Company and its Directors and officers.

Undoubtedly department has filed prosecution for overlooking the setup norms and non-abiding existing laws but one thing is clear that whatever money cheated by them will never be acquired from them, and people cheated by them will never get their principal amount. Therefore it is obligatory duty of government functionaries to remain vigilant.
