Singhविषय-महोदय सड़क के बीचो बीच नाली वह भी टूटी-फूटी और उसके बावजूद उसके ऊपर ढक्कन लगा न हो किस बात का द्योतक है रोज लोग उस में गिरते हैं फोर व्हीलर फस जाते हैं तो क्रेन आकर निकालता है उसका 15 सो रुपए चार्ज करता है क्रेन ।क्या सुरेखा पुरम वासियों का जीवन नर्क से बदतर नहीं है सोचिए वह रिश्तेदार जो बहुत दूर से आता है दूसरे प्रदेशों से आते हैं उनकी गाड़ी यदि नाली में गिर जाए सिर्फ इसलिए कि ऊपर से पानी बह रहा है व्यक्ति कभी नहीं सोचता कि बीच से नाली बनी होगी यही बहुत बड़ा दुर्भाग्य है हम लोगों का इस सुरेकापुरम की जितनी उपेक्षा इस भाजपा सरकार ने किया उतनी उपेक्षा किसी भी अन्य गवर्मेंट ने नहीं किया अब इससे बड़ी बद नियति क्या होगी गवर्मेंट की जानबूझ के लोगों को परेशान कर रहे हैं हम कहते हैं की नगर पालिका मिर्जापुर परिषद इस पर मनन क्यों नहीं कर रही है की बने हुए नाली का ढक्कन कहां गया क्यों सब टूट फूट गया जब कोई पटक पटक के उसे तोड़ देगा तो टूटेगा ही यह लापरवाही पूर्ण रूप से निंदनीय है कृपया आप लोग अपनी कार्यशैली में सुधार लाएं वर्ष भर से नाली टूटी हुई है लोग नाली में गिर रहे हैं वह भी नाली सड़क के बीचो-बीच जब पानी लग जाता है तो यह नहीं पता चलता कि कहां पर नाली है और कहां सड़क है महोदय बहुत ही कष्ट दाई समय है लगता है किसी अराजकता का शासन है श्रीमान जी अराजकता रोकिए सुरेकापुरम वासियों की पीड़ा को समझें बहुत ही कष्ट का समय आप तो अपने एयर कंडीशन कमरे में बैठे हुए हैं आपको इन सब चीजों से क्या मतलब कभी लोगों की परेशानी समझने का प्रयास किए सिर्फ फन्ड और कमीशन खोरी इससे ज्यादा कोई सोचता ही नहीं है इस समय लोक विभागों की स्थिति बहुत ही दयनीय है फंड आया नहीं उससे पहले ही उसका हिसाब हो जाता है किसको कितना कमीशन देना है यह तय होने लगता है तो फिर कार्य किस तरह से होंगे कोई जवाबदेही तो है नहीं कोई पारदर्शिता तो है नहीं जन सूचना अधिकार 2005 के तहत आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए जाते हैं तो वह कहां चले जाते हैं पता ही नहीं चलता अपील होता है तो उस पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं होती ग्रामीण विकास विभाग के आयुक्त शासन के सचिव पत्र भेजते हैं तो उसे किस टोकरी में डाल दिया जाता है पता ही नहीं चलता भ्रष्टाचार की बात करने पर बहुत ही कष्ट होता है कि क्यों हम भ्रष्टाचारी किसी को कह रहे हैं अरे भैया भ्रष्टाचार को भ्रष्टाचार नहीं कहेंगे तो क्या कहेंगे हम कहते हैं वर्ष भर से नाली टूटी हुई है लोग नाली में गिर रहे हैं क्या किसी भी जिम्मेदार अधिकारी ने यह नहीं सोचा कि चलके कम से कम देख ले जब लोग इतने गिर रहे हैं लोगों की गाड़ियां फंस रही हैं लोग 15 सो रुपए देकर क्रेन को बुलाकर गाड़ियां निकाल रहे हैं तो इतनी बड़ी कुप्रबंधन जो नगर पालिका परिषद मिर्जापुर का है जिसको सरकार ने बहुत ज्यादा फंड दिया करोड़ करोड़ रुपए आए किंतु कहां चले गए पता नहीं चला 5 वर्ष का हिसाब मांगा गया किसी ने नहीं दिया तो समझ सकते हैं कि यही ईमानदारी है इसी को आप ईमानदारी करते हैं लोगों की जिंदगी को नर्क बना दीजिए इससे अच्छा आप जैसा नौकरशाह हो तो क्या अपेक्षा की जा सकती है

प्राप्त फीडबैक -दिनांक08-05-2023 को फीडबैक:-महोदय प्रकरण का संबंध सुरेखा पुरम में सीवर लाइन कंप्लीट करने के संबंध में था और उसी से संबंधित सूचना भी मांगी गई थी आप कम से कम यह तो बताइए कि जो सीवर लाइन अभी तक नहीं बन पाई है नगर पालिका परिषद मिर्जापुर की लापरवाही के कारण वह कब तक मिलेगी यहां पर नाली सड़क के बीचोबीच गई है और उसमें पानी जब ऊपर से बहने लगता है सड़क के तो उस समय किसी को यह नहीं पता चलता है कि नाली कहां है और ऐसे में लोग कभी मोटरसाइकिल के साथ नाली में गिर पड़ते हैं कभी साइकिल के साथ नाली में गिर पड़ते हैं कभी चार चक्का वाहन उसमें फंस जाता है जिससे 15 सौ रुपए क्रेन का किराया देकर निकाला जाता है हम लोगों की जिंदगी नरक बन चुकी है सिर्फ नगर पालिका परिषद मिर्जापुर की लापरवाही के कारण और आपने ढंग से जवाब लगाया है कि आप भी निकल जाना चाहते हैं और नगर पालिका परिषद को छोड़ देना चाहते हैं अरे कम से कम यह तो बताइए कि नगर पालिका परिषद जब तक नाली नहीं बनवाएगी तब तक आप सीवर नहीं डालेंगे सुरेखापुरम कॉलोनी में जिससे उसका कोई निष्कर्ष निकाले सुरेखा पुरम में टूटी हुई नाली और उसके बाद लोगो का वहां गिरना सुरेखा पुरम के वासियों का जीवन नर्क बना दिया है लेकिन कोई भी अधिकारी कर्मचारी इतना असंवेदनशील हो चुका है कि तथ्य पर जाना ही नहीं चाहता है इसलिए आप जो है कम से कम उस टूटे हुए नाली का जिक्र करिए जो आप आए थे और आपने देखा भी था और आपने कहा कि जब तक नगरपालिका इस नाली को नहीं बनवाएगी तब तक आप वहां पर आप सीवर नहीं डालेंगे तो नगरपालिका की लापरवाही के कारण सीवर डालने का भी काम रुका हुआ है रही बात सूचना देने की तो आपने क्या दिया है वह तो मैं जानता हूं क्यों मै उसकी बात नहीं कर रहा हूं लोगों की समस्याएं कम हो उसकी बात

Here core issues is to cover the drainage by the lids but it was not done by them and whether concerned staff will submit the affidavit in this regard. It is the obligatory duty of the concerned accountable public functionary to make enquiry to the local people in the Surekha Puram colony so that fact may come to the light. It is a grave question that when problems are still as it is, then how can grievances be grievances considered disposed of? यह एक गंभीर प्रश्न है कि जब समस्याएं जस की तस हैं, तो शिकायतों का निपटारा कैसे किया जा सकता है? The matter concerns the mismanagement of Jal Nigam water corporation District-Mirzapur. Jal Nigam water corporation initiated sewage work in the first week of April 2022 and now it is 04 September 2022 which means it is the fifth month about to be spent by Jal Nigam. It is quite obvious that accountable public functionaries of the Jal Nigam never thought about the convenience of the dwellers of the Surekapuram. They have made our lives hell quite obvious from the attached photographs to the grievance. Jal Nigam has imprisoned us in our houses ipso facto from over spread mud and drainage water on the roads. No one can visit us and we can not go outside to buy household things. Children can not attend their schools regularly. Whether it is not true that government commenced the digging the roads of Mohalla Surekapuram in the beginning of the month of April 2022 and it is the month of September 2022 but no signal of the completion of work and dwellers of the Surekapuram colony are confined to live in their houses if it rains. This project is being carried out by a service providing company named Infracon working under the monitoring of department Namami Gange specifically formed by the government of Uttar Pradesh for such purposes. There is no transparency and accountability in the working of this department of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Both the working and monitoring body are indulged in corrupt activities and wasting the money of the public exchequer. The Concerned working body is not pursuing the setup norms of the government and providing third grade services, but they have taken the monitoring body in good faith quite obviously from their cryptic working style. Repeated complaints are being made against their arbitrariness and tyranny but the entire R.T.I. requests and complaints have been unproductive because of the rampant corruption in the government of Uttar Pradesh.
