महोदय बहुत ही आश्चर्य है कि प्रार्थी द्वारा शुरू में ही यह लिखा गया है कि प्रकरण का संबंध उपजिलाधिकारी तहसील फूलपुर डिस्ट्रिक्ट प्रयागराज से है और यह प्रकरण लैंड माफिया के कृत्य से संबंधित है महोदय आप यह बताएं कि यह किस तरह से उपयुक्त है कि जो प्रकरण उपजिलाधिकारी फूलपुर जनपद प्रयागराज से संबंधित हो उसको निस्तारण के लिए मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार उप जिलाधिकारी सदर जनपद जनपद मिर्जापुर को निस्तारण हेतु प्रेषित किया जाए जबकि प्रकरण प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय भारत सरकार से संबंधित है उनके द्वारा अग्रसारित है क्या प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय के पोर्टल पर प्रस्तुत किए गए प्रार्थना पत्रों का निस्तारण इसी तरह लापरवाही से किया जाता है उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा महोदय लेखपाल ने अपने रिपोर्ट में यह लगाया है कि प्रकरण जनपद प्रयागराज के तहसील फूलपुर ग्राम बेला सैलाबी कछार परगना झूसी से संबंधित है प्रार्थी को अवगत करा दिया गया है कि तहसील सदर जिला मिर्जापुर द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार की कार्यवाही कर पाना संभव नहीं है रिपोर्ट सेवा में प्रेषित है दिनांक 26 अप्रैल 2023 रिपोर्ट नाएब तहसीलदार

4-Here this question arises that how can land mafia may be active in the state of Uttar Pradesh in the regime of Yogi Aditya Nath sir ipso facto?
5-Whether in the state administration, bureaucracy is more effective than executives and executives are puppets in the hand of bureaucracy because of corruption?
Most of the middle class is being exploited by the land mafia protected by the white collar criminals but the Yogi government hesitates in taking action against them because of their influence in the politics and administrative machinery.
