Reason Of Appeal

The working style is full of corruption and they want to cover their corruption in name of providing feedback in their system where various tricks are adopted to promote the corrupt activities in the working of public authorities. I have attached the entire transactions in the form of PDF documents and it is job of the department of income tax to ensure these transactions which has been done by the corrupt businessman by colluding with the staff of the department of income tax and the State Bank of India by opening two forged accounts in my name and updating my PAN card in these accounts opened in the gangoli branch in the Jind District of province of Haryana. If the government functionaries working in the Government of India are really honest then they must take action in the matter of deep rooted corruption with transparency and accountability. Whatever suggested by the department of income tax Government of India is not the solution of this corruption and this corruption can be removed only when if an honest staff will carry out investigation in the matter with transparency and accountability. Since most of the staff of the department of income tax are corrupt so an enquiry in the matter of corruption is not being carried out as they are protecting their corrupt staff. It is common practice in the department of income tax to pave the way of tax evasion, staff of the department of income tax uses those Pan cards which are inactive and these Pan cards are allowed to use by corrupt businessman by colluding with staff of the bank and department of income tax. Recently it was in news in Mirzapur district that one person died because of the notice of 2 crore rupees of income tax and he was suffered by travelling from one office to the other office and no solution was made available to him by department of income tax which causes death of the poor because of extreme trauma and physical harassment that are quite common because of corruption in department of income tax.

This implies that transaction became more than double but department of income tax and department of police are failed to curb the fraudulent elements.
