The time from 1 00 p.m. to 3 00 p.m and the date is second May 2023. This complaint is against doctor B. K. Chaudhari and his two companions. The report submitted by chief medical officer Mirzapur in the aforementioned complaint is attached as page 1 of the attached PDF document. How can the companions of Dr B. K Chaudhary threatens five lab technicians to expel from the service if they will raise the matter before chief medical officer Mirzapur regarding the repayment of their employees provident fund which is not being paid by the service providing company Silkon private limited Varanasi through Jansunwai and public grievance portals of the government? The matter concerns the harassment of the five lab technicians who are making efforts to get the employees provident fund from the service providing company Silkon private limited Varanasi by doctor B. K. Chaudhari a staff and close subordinate of the chief medical officer Mirzapur. Dr. B. K. Chaudhari summoned the five lab technicians at 1 00 p.m. in his office but they waited for Mr BK Chaudhari up till 3 00 p.m... Herewith an application submitted by the aggrieved staff posted as lab technicians dated 17 February 2023 addressed to the chief medical officer Mirzapur and received in the office of the chief medical officer Mirzapur on the same date is attached to the grievance. C.M.O. says that the meeting went into a cordial atmosphere then why did it not culminate into solution as expected from such meetings. The name of the aggrieved applicants are Ashutosh Kumar Yadav, Dhirendra Singh, Shubham Yadav, Akhilesh Singh, Vishal Yadav who have made repeated representations before the chief medical officer and concerned clerk . If chief medical officer district Mirzapur is really interested in resolving the problems of lab technicians then he must take steps in order to sort out the problems of the subordinates which means lab technicians instead of taking the recourse of unethical practices. Undoubtedly the aforementioned company is exploiting the staff working during the covid period which is the most insulting and unacceptable thing and violations of human rights. It is showing the insolence of the outsourced company which is encroaching the rights of the covid warriors. Silkon business private limited quite obvious from the attached attached PDF document to the grievance did not provide the employees provident fund i.e. EPF of the aggrieved lab technicians which was deducted from their salary. Here EPFO is the outsourced company Silkon business private limited Varanasi.
प्राप्त फीडबैक -दिनांक10-05-2023 को फीडबैक:-महोदय यदि सबकुछ सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में हुआ होता है तो फिर इतना तनाव क्यों पैदा होता यदि धमकी न दिए होते तो इस ढंग के आवेदन की आवश्यकता ही क्या थी यह तो बहुत ही हास्यास्पद है कि कोई अपनी तनख्वाह के लिए कहे , कोई भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ आवाज उठाए तो धमकाकर उसकी आवाज को बंद कर दिया जाए यह तो किसी भी तरह से उचित नहीं है महोदय अभी तक उन लोगों को जिनका कर्मचारी प्रोविडेंट फंड कटा था वह उनके खाते में अभी तक स्थानांतरित नहीं हुआ आखिर ऐसा क्यों , क्यों संबंधित कंपनी प्रोविडेंट फंड का पैसा देना नहीं चाहती है और यदि आप कहते हैं कि वे लोग कंपनी के कर्मचारी हैं तो कंपनी को अपने ही ठेका दिया है और कार्य आपका कर रहे हैं यह मामला है सरकारी कोष से निकले हुए धन का है जिसका समुचित उपयोग होना चाहिए हम किसी लुटेरों को वह धन नहीं दे सकते हैं यदि कंपनी भविष्य निधि का पैसा नहीं दे रही है तो कहीं ना कहीं कंपनी के साथ जिम्मेदार अधिकारी और कर्मचारी भी दोषी हैं क्योंकि सभी लोग सांठगांठ करके आउटसोर्स स्टाफ के साथ घोटाला किया है उनके अधिकारों का हनन किया है सन्दर्भ सं0 40019923009345- आख्या आवेदक का नाम योगी एम.पी. सिंह - पिता का नाम- मो. 7379105911 पता- सुरेकापुरम् कालोनी, श्री लक्ष्मी नारायण बैकुण्ठ महादेव मन्दिर, मीरजापुर आवेदक द्वारा पोर्टल पर दर्ज शिकायत के सम्बन्ध में अवगत कराना है कि शिकायती प्रकरण मॉग से सम्बन्धित है,
