RBI is failed to take action in the matter because of corruption in the matter. 
My PAN Card linked with my Aadhar Number has been misused because of corruption.

Please refer to your complaint against Manappuram Finance Limited filed through the CMS portal/email/letter with the Ombudsman.

2.  In this connection, Mannapuram Finance Ltd. has intimated that it has taken up the matter with Experian and CRIF, for requisite rectification. As regards CIBIL enquiries, the REs such as Clix Capital Services Private Limited and Capfloat Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. have informed that CIBIL enquiries were made as you had enquired/applied for loan/credit facility and the same cannot be removed. SBI has been advised by this office to resolve your issue within 07 days. All other regulated entities (REs) need your loan account number to examine the issue for which they have already intimated you through their mails. You are, therefore, advised to take up the same with all REs as you have approached this office without first approaching the REs. In case, your complaint is still not resolved within 30 days of filing complaint or you are not satisfied with reply of the REs, you may register a fresh complaint with RBI Ombudsman. Accordingly, your complaint has been treated as dealt with and closed.

3. तदनुसार, आपकी शिकायत को रिज़र्व बैंक - एकीकृत लोकपाल योजना, 2021  के खंड 14(9)((a)/(b)) -Facilitation, जिसे निम्‍नप्रकार पढा जाए, के तहत बंद किया जाता है:

“The grievance raised in the complaint has been resolved through facilitation by the Ombudsman as per the Clause 14(9)((a)/(b)) of the Reserve Bank - Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021.”

3. In view of the above, the complaint has been closed under clause 14(9)((a)/(b)) -Facilitation, of the Reserve Bank - Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021, which reads as under:

“The grievance raised in the complaint has been resolved through facilitation by the Ombudsman as per the Clause 14(9)((a)/(b)) of the Reserve Bank - Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021.”.

4. कृपया यह नोट करें कि उक्‍त खंड के तहत बंद की गई शिकायत गैर-अपीलीय है। अगर आप उप लोकपाल/ लोकपाल के निर्णय से संतुष्‍ट नहीं है तो आपको यह विकल्‍प प्राप्‍त है कि आपकी शिकायत के निवारण हेतु विधि द्वारा स्‍थापित कोई अन्‍य मंच/ न्‍यायालय/ विधि प्राधिकरण से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
