Cyber fraud of Rs 99561 with Ranjit Singh, a resident of village-Bihasara Kalan, works in vehicle purchase and sale comes under the jurisdiction of the police station Jigna under the supervision of superintendent of police district Mirzapur and cyber police of Mirzapur Division.
An application under article 51 A of the constitution of India to make inquiry regarding the cyber criminal activities growing in the society alarmingly and police is running away from registering the first information report in the matter of cyber crime.
The following matter is published in the newspaper Amar Ujala of the edition published today in which the following news item is concerned with cyber crime. It is quite obvious that the matter concerns the working of the station house officer, police Station-Jigana, District-Mirzapur of Uttar Pradesh.
The first inquiry of the applicant in the matter is whether the police registered the first information report in the matter if not why?
The second inquiry of the applicant is that all the criminal matters are investigated according to the criminal procedure code and the police start processing after registering the first information report in the matter after noting the oral or written submissions of the informer. Cyber crime is also a criminal offence so it must be disclosed by the concerned police under which section of the criminal procedure code concerned police is investigating the matter of the cyber crime reported to the police and cyber cell police quite obvious from the following report of the leading Hindi daily Amarujala. Police must reveal the information concerning the cases in which the first information report is not registered by the police, then what mechanism is adopted by the police to carry out investigation as well as how the collected information is preserved by the police and in which way records are managed?

Youth became victim of cyber fraud.
Jigna. Ranjit Singh, a resident of Bihasda Kala village, works in vehicle purchase and sale. At 3 pm on Wednesday, a person called on his mobile to download the Everdesk app. Which will help a lot in vehicle purchase and sale. Ranjeet fell for his bluff.
When he checked his bank account, Rs 99561 had gone online from his account to an anonymous bank account.
The victim informed the bank manager. On Friday, written information was given in Jigna police station and cyber crime. Station House Officer Jagna Chandra Prakash Pandey said that the matter is being investigated. For these details, vide attached document to this application.
